I just want to give an update about the great customer service that I encounter here. The last time I came in ordered take out: BLT & onion rings. When I ordered, the employee gave me a cup. I assumed she rang up a meal, rather than two items, which was fine. I chose a text receipt, so I didn't immediately verify this. When my name was called, I only received onion rings. So yep, she got my order wrong. I pulled up my receipt on my phone, verified it and went to the pick up counter. I explained the problem and was given the chance to reorder the sandwich. Then employee paused and said not to worry about it; she'd get the sandwich out quickly to me. I was fully prepared to pay; I could have caught the mistake if I had checked my receipt. But she decided to take restaurant responsibility for the error and made it right. That's awesome customer service! read more

Love it. My boss took us to lunch here and it was my first time here. I got their Youngster Meal which was recommended by my boss. He said he always gets that because it's enough for him. The fries are not good. I have had tge here before with the same disappointing results. Tonight my wife tried them and agrees they are not good. Burned and limp and soggy. Nos for the good news: the burgers are amazing. I got the 1/2 pound and could not finish it. Thick and very juicy and delicious. No funny gimmicks, just an honest thick burger that tasted great. FINDING FRITO PART 3: This was not our original pick but there was some mistakes with Open Table and issue as the one we choose so Shana went with a back up. She likes Mighty Fine and this location has a FRITO PIE on the "secret menu". It is not listed but it is an option. It was not crowded when we arrived, the shopping center was but the Mighty Fine was not, it has lots of room. We ordered our meals with a very nice man at the counter and I got my as the basic chips, cheese, chili. Shana got Avocado added and they give you side of Ranch which we found intersting. We did get fries and soda/Lemonade. The music at this location was pure country, something Shana noted. Both older and modern mix. It has two TV in the area we were in and was very clean. The Frito Pie was fine. I think we may use this as the baseline, it was just what a Frito Pie is, it tasted good, not to big or small, well done but nothing exciting or special. Maybe from here on out we will say 4 MF Fritos or better or worse then Mighty Fine. Shana tried the ranch and said it worked way better then she expected. We both enjoyed our meals and the avocado was good and a good mix with the Frito Pie according to Shana. Not much to say, this was right in the middle, not mind blowing but not awful. The burgers are fresh fresh and delicious. Very thick, meaty, and hearty burgers! Their ranch is so good! The service is always outstanding. The ONLY reason I didn't do 5 stars is the chairs and floor for the sit down are are filthy. The tables tops are spotless. But, oh my, the floors and chairs look like a pack of 1000k Bebe kids ran through and spilled all over them. Napkins all over the floor, along with French fries and other "slippery things" wasted on the floor. This is only dirty in the sit down area; not where you cook or order or else I wouldn't eat here at all. If they swept the floors and wiped chairs when they wipe tables, it would be 5 stars! Recommended by a friend. Usually go to 5 guys. Similar concept not as good. 4 things 1. Apart from a few standards extras on your burger cost 2. Specifically requested no lettuce tomato got both 3. Asked for fried onions none there they may have been there with the shredded lettuce which I scrapped off 4. I use to be a frequent customer of mighty fine, decided to give it another chance tonight and can say it was the worse meal I've had yet from here. I ordered a simple FOB with cheese, bacon, and Mayo. Simple right? No. They instead put a lot of raw onions on my burger and forgot the bacon plus the bread was so soggy, how would you even call that toast? I doubled checked my receipt and I put it in right. The error was on their end. I tried to call the store to let them know and no answer. I also ordered a chili cheese fring where there was barely any chili and the chili that was there just looked like old dried up meat. Disgusting. Secondly, when I went in to pick up my order I noticed how dirty the lobby was. Could be understandable since it looked pretty busy but not when there are two workers waiting at the window doing nothing in between food coming out. I noticed a family spilt their drink on their table and rather the employee helping them she just handed them the towel and went back to standing at the window. There was also a big spill all over the floor and on a couple of chairs just sitting there. I miss the old mighty fine. Do better!! read more

You could tell they really enjoyed the food. We split a 1/2 burger and chilli cheese fries - both of which were awesome. Also like washing my hand here - it's just like Rudys ( same owners I believe) where you put you hands in this hand washing station. - 12 seconds later, they are clean. We order hamburgers and fries. We used a delivery service (DoorDash)and feel ripped off. The hamburger bun was small like a junior burger at McDonalds. The hamburger patty was so small there was about a half inch of bun all the way around the patty. I was told by another vendor not to use a delivery service because the vendor has to give a 30% discount to the delivery service. The delivery service also charges a delivery fee to the customer which makes its price higher. I believe Mighty Fine and other restaurants are downsizing their product to make up for profits lost. The very same thing happened at Schlotzsky's a few weeks ago. Delivery services charge the restaurant so the restaurants are also to blame. It's best to use the drive-thru at most places but Mighty Fine doesn't have a drive-thru, so Mighty Fine just lost 2 customers! I'd give zero stars but that's not an option! read more

My son won a gift certificate for a kids meal at school so we came here for lunch the other day. Friendly employee who did a nice job taking our order, food came out pretty quick, and was brought to our table. Prices are definitely on the high end for what you get, The bacon cheeseburger was pretty good, the onion rings were pretty good, my son enjoyed his grilled cheese, and the fries were really good. The seating is not great, the tables are so close together that you have to tell people to scoot in if you want to walk in and out which is a pain when getting refills etc. Thanks for a nice meal! read more

This review is during the COVID-19 mess that we are all into. We came inside and they are practicing the health guidelines. They change gloves each time an order or task is completed. They've always been clean and the kitchen is open but they are taking the necessary extra steps for us. I appreciate that. They do curbside delivery or you can go inside and order to go like we did. We visited our local mighty fine in cedar park and was shocked when receiving our food. It looked like a slider appetizer as opposed to the 1/4 pound burger advertised. Whatever type of sandwich you get the bun misses. It's too much bread and always tastes and feels like it's that last bun in the bag that's been squished and squashed. If they changed their bun that would bring it to 5 stars for me. Fries are stellar. The chili they use for the chili cheese fries is not greasy whatsoever and actually has chunks of hamburger. Suuuuper cheesy too; talking strings of cheese to whatever length your arm can take it after you pick it up with a fork. Chicken sandwich is pretty bad. Fresh veggies but lacking flavor in the chicken itself. Popeyes it is not but you don't come here for chicken so it didn't impact the rating. Service and quality keep going downhill. The wait in line is long because they're understaffed. The wait for food is even longer. You can see bags from your order sitting there as they wait to cook one or more other items from Your order, and you end up getting cold fries or cold burgers. We had both in our order. The onion rings come out either with no batter or a giant inedible clump. But when it's hot and quick it's awesome, hence the two stars for when they do get it right. A long time Mighty Fine customer here (at least 12 years). Tonight's take out from the Round Rock location was not good at all (with the exception of the onion rings). Not sure what has happened to Mighty Fine burgers. It seems the bun and meat ingredients have changed and it is not good. The fries were also really soggy and not cooked all the way. Onion rings remain fire and would get those again - but given the burgers have seriously declined we will likely not be back. read more

First time for fast food in over a year. Ordered the Classic 1/2lb cheeseburger with Swiss, bacon, grilled onions, BBQ sauce - that's it no other condiments or vegetables. I ordered fries and a coke as well. $22.13 with a 20% tip, why not. It came mighty quick- fries were raw in parts, burger came with pickles and no bacon which I paid extra not to get. I have been really good on my diet. It was time to splurge on a burger. The layout is standard. Walk in, follow the line to the counter and order. They hand you a tracker device (These are cool). Head to beverage area, if you are only getting a water. Cups are to the far right. Then find yourself a seat. Not crazy about the communal tables as everyone is trying to keep their distance. And those brave few who sat near someone they didn't know, were getting the evil eye. I found a seat near the window. Yes, huge wall of windows to a view of the parking lot. Why do this. Simple, if no view don't put huge window up. Then the magic happens, an employee brings you your food, how did he find you....The tracker device. Now there's no prettying this up. When you look at these burgers, you know you're going to be a mess after you eat it. Okay, so I was. Other than adding some salt and pepper, the burger was good. You could taste the meat, the tomatoes, lettuce and onions were fresh. I had White and Yellow, just the right amount. It was Mighty Fine. The fries, even though they were dark fried....They weren't crispy. Wish they were and this meal would have been perfect. They have an outdoor seating area. A few Big screen TV's play sports. Ok I know this picture looks kinda sus, but the burgers were actually MIGHTY FINE. This place is the best restaurant we went to in Austin. It's been a while since I have had such a juicy and delicious burger, and would definitely recommend this place. It's a solid 9s/10 for me. ------------ They have a pretty simple menu, but they do it very well. To make sure there is no cross-contamination make sure you let them know that you want the halal burger with no bacon contamination. They have a separate grill for it . In terms of the burger, they are juicy, fresh, and delicious. The only complaint I have is the presentation (it comes out to you in a paper bag) but I guess it is part of the aesthetic of the place. I also had the onion rings and salted caramel milkshake, both of which were great accompaniments. Pretty good place to go to get a decent burger. We are in the middle of COVID-19 restrictions- MFB is handling it well. We ate around lunchtime - not crowded so social distancing is not a problem. I ordered the patty melt and it was 15 dollars for one burger and it was deep fried in grease and I found a hair and nail in it . it was too hot to even enjoy the meal. i saw a group of cockroaches in the corner and they had a little cave and people would give them fries. the milkshakes were dreadful, there were chucks of milk or cream in my shake. the food took 20+ minutes.
