It wasn't bad. The staff member that waited on me was pleasant enough and a nice young man brought out my order. The interior was clean and fairly attractive. I haven't been to one of these before so the ordering area was a bit confusing. There were no "order here" signs but with some prodding from the staff we got that figured out. I ordered the Carmela sandwich. It was adequate but a very small portion for the price. The ingredients seemed to be pretty decent quality but overall I wasn't impressed with the taste. They did serve your meal on a real plate though, which was nice. Again, when I left there was no indication of what to do with that plate so I just left it on the table. So.....this was adequate. You wouldn't starve to death after eating this sandwich but it wasn't great value for the money you spent. read more

My husband and I were disappointed in our visit yesterday. Usually when we go, we get the salad bar and it is always delicious. Today we decided to get something different, soup and grilled cheese. Our grilled cheese was very good. Neither of us thought our soups tasted very good, he had the broccoli cheddar and I had the Irish potato. My soup came out lukewarm, closer to cold, ended up throwing away We also ordered a piece of the strawberry shortcake to go. When we went to eat it later at home, it was awful. This is one of my favorite lunch places! The food is consistantly good and not to hard on your health. Plenty of very good healthy choice options on the menu. The pasta is Aamazing! Chicken Primo is sooo good! Try it. You will not be dissapointed. Jason's is great for anytime of day. We have never really experienced a long wait or really a wait at all. You order buffet style and they bring the food to you at your table. Mixed crowd, mostly young couples and families with childern when we have gone, but that's the mboro population really. They have plenty of tvs on sports and the news. Its a good place for the weekend. Skip IHOP. They also do delivery and pick up. read more

Alright, so there are several layers to the reason Jason's Deli has gotten such a poor review and lost a first/final time customer. Firstly, and most importantly, the food sucked. I am usually pretty forgiving about small things, but I can say with very little guilt that the meatball sub was the best item on our order and it was...meh to yucky. From there it got worse. The only good thing about the salmon salad is that proceeds go to help cancer--next time I will skip buying a meal I can't eat because it is a congealed,unseasoned piece of fish on a bed of unidentifiable vegetable mush mixed with a tiny amount of quinoa and tasting of turned mustard and just donate money to cancer research directly. One reason the food may have been largely inedible? It took thirty minutes for the delivery driver to find us, despite the fact we are literally 2.1 miles from the restaurant (this was delivery time- added onto the actual time since we placed the order). Yes, we are in a new-ish community and gps can have trouble finding us...which is why we give turn by turn directions. Still can't find us? Hmm...maybe you shouldn't be a delivery person. Is this review a bit snippy? By George, I think it is. The fact I am a mother with a sick baby and am working on such small amounts of sleep I don't feel safe driving for food or working with a hot stove meant I could splurge and order out. Very Disappointed with Jasons over the past year. Getting worse and worse. Not only did they raise the price to 899+ tax for the salad bar but it's only one trip not unlimited anymore. You would think you would get more for your money but you would be wrong. They got rid of the green and black olives and replaced it with one combination something that tastes much lower quality. Everything is always out because the containers so small and people have to load everything up by one trip they take practically everything out of the container on their one fill up leaving it empty. If they had somebody constantly refilling it would be fine but they don't you have to ask most times to fill something up. Let's visit they had no spinach left no eggs no cottage cheese no pasta salad no olives and yet they charged me full price and it was basically an empty salad bar. it's always something you always have to ask if you want something filled up which is always empty it's a joke the management must of changed because this place is run like high school amateur hour. Very different from a year ago when they were really on mark. I'm constantly overcharged if you want a bowl of soup they are charging you now $6.50 with the salad which is supposed to be discounted if combo. It's always something here tables are not cleaned up enough I have to clean them myself when I get there it's just an awful experience getting worse and worse but yet I find the Franklin location is run 10 times better I almost rather make a trip there if it wasn't so far. But they keep taking things away from the salad bar or making it lower quality the blue cheese is never there or missing labeling it and putting the ranch in its place but the blue cheese spoon is still there I mean it's always just something wrong here I really almost had it with Jasons. I would suggest if anybody's listening get rid of your management they are incompetent. read more

I went to store number 753 in Murfreesboro, TN and I'm never satisfied. Today I only wanted a soup and salad Togo. The lettuce for the salad was low so I asked one of the staff members if they would be bringing more out and she told me that there wasn't anymore for the rest of the day and that what's left should still be fresh cause it's only been out at the bar since 10am . It is now 6:24p. How are you going to have a salad bar with no salad? Why is there never the right utensils in my bag? they literally have about 8 people working right now and they seem to be young and clueless. This doesn't make since. I would suggest enrolling all staff members and management into Chick-fil-'A's training school (if this even exist). I'm so tired of local restaurants feeding us crap with no customer service skills and still expect people to patronize their business!!!! read more

Always pretty busy. Love the salad bar. Fresh lettuce, spinach and vegetables/fruits. Along with different muffins. Lots of choices. Different pasta salads that are excellent. Today I tried their muffaletta! It was the half which was GIANT!!!! for $7.49. It was actually very gold, loaded with black olives salami,ham and whatever made it taste great! . Tasted very close to a New Orleans style muffaletta A+!! Everyt time I eat at Jasons Deli, I always leave satisfied, full, and money well spent. I know its a chain! Jason's Deli used to be one of my favorite places to go for a nice meal. Their chicken noodle soup was good, and had free ice cream for dessert. Then, their quality drastically sank. I ordered and fruit cup, which had presliced fruit, with the sticker still on most of it. There was chocolate ice cream smeared all over the ice cream station. I, however, recently came back and they had most of that gone, but that 1 time completely ruined the experience for me. read more

They say they have a new Texas spud but, they had it before on their menu and it was excellent it had pulled pork and a butter bbq sauce that had a little spic and a little sweetness that just made the whole thing.... I was so excited when I saw it back on the menu. Then I go and pick my food up and I get this nasty meal. The bbq sauce tastes like sugar and instead of pulled pork it's some gritty ground up meat.... I am so disappointed. I will never eat there again. read more

Great fresh food here! I've been here several times and never a disappointment. I've had the salmon sandwich which is amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with a yummy sauce. Their plain Jane baked potato which you can share with another person because it's so large and very inexpensive is so good. Also the salad bar is awesome! If you are a SALAD BAR fiend like me, you'll love Jason's Deli. SO many options, including many that are organic. I've been going here since this location opened, and the management and staff are always well-trained and friendly (minus Guadalupe, the very angry lady who stocks the salad bar)! Unlike other Jason's Delis that I've been to (Memphis and Tampa) the ice cream machine here is subpar. They use a different, cheaper, type of machine than some of the other locations. Also, the soup comes in bowls that allow it to get cold in about two minutes. I'm not a fast eater, so I always end up eating what is basically gazpacho. I'm also not a meat eater, but I do recommend pretty much any of the portabello sandwiches. Yum! read more

Today was my first time (definitively not my last). I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality and affordability of the menu. To top it off the staff was very friendly. I ate the Corned Beef panini with a lobster bisque soup. My guests had a Cuban Sandwich (deliciously close to the authentic one), and another panini. Ordered the Cuban panini, it was okay, my sis got the chicken pasta and a hot dog for my niece...the hotdog it self was hot the bun cold and hard, the pasta which was suppose to be hot was bone cold, after asking to have both heated up, the bun was still cold and the hotdog smoking hot. So after a few bites of the pasta my sister finds a blond hair!!!They did replace it bit she had lost her appetite and had it to go. All this after sitting at a table that was filthy, we just wiped it off ourselves since thier were no available tables, i dont know if they extra busy or what but the whole place was filthy, cherry tomatoes and lettuce on the floor and plates still on tables.
