Sweetest people ever!! The food was good, they gave us everything very fast, and everything was fresh! Taryn was such a sweet woman!

What can I say it's Panera. This location is not normally busy but it still seems to take awhile for the food. Not a fan of their coffee or bagels, but I am a fan of the danish and sweets. I haven't been to Panera in years. But came for lunch. The BLT was less than enjoyable. The bacon is served cold and is chewy. Not crispy or soft but takes some work. Flavor was meh and the tomatoes were a nightmare. Mediterranean salad with grains was nice. I will have to add farrow to my salads at home more often. Also, as a heads up they have Pepsi products. Eww. And a short repetitive playlist. read more

Because of its convenient location, this Panera has become one of my favorite places to study. The Panera app makes ordering convenient, offering order updates by text. The store is always clean, and the service is always welcoming. The food does tend to be overpriced, but I suppose that's to be expected from a chain restaurant. Overall, this is the preferred Panera in Murfreesboro. read more

I love, love , love this new Panera location on Memorial Blvd. they've done a great job of really making it fell like home and a great work/hangout place for groups for small meetings, Bible studies, etc. Other than that...it's another great Panera Bread location read more

Cleaner than a lot of Paneras I've seen but not as cool as a small business coffee shop. If you're looking for someone to meet you at the front counter, with a smile, and ready to take your order, then this is not your place. Most people order on the app or at the kiosk. In fact you have to wait several minutes in order to get someone to notice you at the counter. This is not a warm cozy place like a small business coffee shop would be, however it is clean and efficient. I joined the unlimited sip club, which is free until July 4, and they really know what they're doing. I come here after school to get a quick snack And a free drink. I'm spending a lot more than I would if I just did a Sonic drive-through but I like having the option of a fresh coffee. read more

PANERA-MEMORIAL BLVD. CATERING - EPIC FAIL! Very large catering order for large local business - breakfast arrived over 1/2 hour late, and a complete part of the order was missing. Forced us to start a very important meeting late. Then, as if that was not bad enough, the lunch order was late too!!! First time visiting--On entering, I saw very few customers. That should have been a sign. The person taking orders was less than cheerful. Glum. We ordered a Classic Avo and a garden avo. It looked gross from the start. The bread was not toasted on the classic and there was only a small smear of avocado--NOT like the menu picture! So glad to have a new Panera close to work. The restaurant is so easily accessible on Memorial; much easier to get to than the location on Old Fort Parkway. Walking in, the scenery of bagels and pastry treats amaze your eyes. The kiosk ordering stations are very handy once you get the hang of it. The staff is kind, helpful and proficient. There is plenty of seating and the numerous windows give the restaurant a great natural light vibe. I ordered a simple coffee and bagel. The bagel was delivered hot and the perfect texture, it was delicious. The coffee was hot with plenty of "doctoring accessories " available. Next time, I will go for lunch and try soups! read more

Giving up on this place. NOT COVID-related. Fully staffed today. Great guy taking orders. But they only made half my order, which they realized right away and made the other half of my Chicken Frontera sandwich. But the chicken was cold on both sandwiches. The receipt says they'll make it right and give you a treat for your trouble, but they won't offer it to you. The next person behind me got dirty silverware but didn't get offered a treat. And the next person didn't get their chips, which were then thrown on the counter at him, but he wasn't offered a treat. Their guarantee isn't a sincere offer at all. Take it off the receipt! A disappointing experience, had to have the manager clean a table to start with, my wife's soup was bland, not very good. My soup was okay but my sandwich was made with stale bread as was the bread that came with the soups. We have gone to Panera for years at the old location and in other towns . The Ol Fort Parkway location is much better. We were in a hurry to get to a medical appointment so this one was on the way. We'll stay with the Old Fort Parkway location from now on. read more

I was so excited when his place was being built. My girlfriend and I are such HUGE fans of panara, but ever since this one has opened it is horrible. Sandwiches are small and thrown together. Employees, except for Rhonda and Courtney, are rude and treat you horribly. I have been getting Coffee every morning here for three months and I noticed yesterday that they changed their hours so I came at the regular time and waited for them to open. They called the cops on me. Then when I came through the drive through woman on the headset said "well is that your going to get?" Yes ma'am the same thing I have gotten every morning for 3 months. Well NP. Cancel my coffee account and post on yelp and FB and twitter and instagram and maybe even make a YouTube and TicTok video later. I placed my order and received a notice that my food was ready. When I went in to pickup the order, I was told what I ordered was no longer available??? Why would they confirm the order and tell me it is in the restaurant ready for pickup if they didn't have it ready? They need to do a better job communicating with customers. read more

Such a pleasant experience. I haven't been to a Panera in years but today I wanted a bagel so I stopped in this location for the first time. With every guest that walks in the cashier says good morning and offers assistance. Very nice. I went up and placed my order. The cashier didn't see any of the whole grain bagels out so she went to the back to see if they had some. She returned with a bagel for me. That is an example of someone going the extra mile because she could've just said they were out and then had me choose something else. Nice first experience at this location. read more

This new location is really nice! The building looks great with the other surrounding businesses. I went through the drive thru for this visit and was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was and how quick they were to prepare and hand me my food. We have gone to this Panera's about 6 times, 3 of them they have not had but 2 different types of bagels. The first time I just blew it off, the second time I asked them about it and they said they sold out. Now this time we walked in around 0850 and only 2 different bagels, I talked to the manager and told him this was ridiculous and told him about the other times. He just looked at me and said nothing. Just returned home after picking up a couple breakfast items and a hazelnut coffee. I've never had the coffee before and it's absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwhich and souffle were just as delicious. The last few times I've been there the girl at the drive-thru was not very friendly. She seemed put out and not liking her job. The young man at the window this morning couldn't have been nicer. His welcoming friendliness started when he took my order and continued right up to when I left. I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn't. Having friendly staff makes all the difference to me. I may just go back for lunch! read more
