we came in today on a very cold day. This is Jason Deli seems to get better every time we come here it's very clean. The service is very quick and the food is hot and fresh.. The ambience is casual with nice tables and the heat was at a acceptable temperature for the cold day. The best choices that we found if you're not getting this whole salad bar is to get half a sandwich and a soup with chips today I got the chicken Panini and the Irish potato Soup. That's a meal that leaves you full but not bloated or blogged down.The sweet tea and unsweetened tea are good too. This location beats Decatur by far. read more

With all honesty, I've never been the biggest fan of Jason's Deli. There are other soup/salad/sandwich restaurants out there that "do it better." With that said, it's decent! Not great, but also not bad, by any means. Last week, the production I'm working on ordered office lunch from here. I always do Togo here and my order is always right. Parking can be a little tricky but they do have designated spots to park... the space is always open and clean and the food is freshly made and piping hot. I love a good bbq pulled pork baked potato. read more

It was pretty good! It was a very light amount of aioli on my sandwich, which I appreciated since sometimes places drown them in sauces! Sandwich was a bit smaller than I would've liked, having paid $10.49 for it, but all the ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was well made. A few of us at work decided to order out this particular day for whatever reason. We all ordered these huge potatoes. We made a specific request for extra butter and added sour cream because the restaurant doesn't provide enough butter for such a huge potato. The driver bought the order which was fine however when we checked the bags there was no butter must less extra butter and also no sour cream. We called the store and the lady was nice enough to bring it back to us. So we had to wait to eat because there was no butter. The potato itself was pretty dry without any condiments. It looks pretty but it is just not the way it used to be in the past. The cheese is thrown on top of a potato that will not melt it. The quality has just changed over the years. What used to be a favorite is no longer the case. Doubtful I will be ordering a potato again. read more

The atmosphere of this space is great and free dessert keeps me returning. It gives strong Panera vibes but with a salad bar + ice cream treat. It's a great place for lunch during work or a quick dinner with friends. My favorite option is the Manager's Special (1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup) for $7.79. My previous experiences have always been good, but today was very strange. My brother and I decided to place a pick up order. Due to the difficulty parking at the Forum, it had been well over a year since we were there. We placed a simple order. One request was wheat bread instead of a crescent for the California club sandwich. The other was plain and not ruffle potato chips. We received a call about 10 minutes after leaving. The Jason's Deli employee said we were given the wrong order. We returned and both of us were hesitant to accept the order intended for us. We had no idea who had been in it and how many times it had been reviewed. The employee expressed confusion about the concern. My brother asked again and it was done. He accepted the bag and walked out. When we opened it for lunch, the sandwich was made with the crescent instead of wheat. The potato chips were ruffles instead of plain. My brother's Panini was tasteless, so he ate 1/4 and threw out the rest. This was my brother's day off, so we decided to do something different, but simple. Jason's Deli is the best! This is thanks to their phenomenal food, and their wonderful service and care (especially by Custodia Pineda!!!). I have always enjoyed this restaurant, but I am a forever fan and love this specific restaurant because of the fantastic and superb care Custodia provided me recently. I had an order issue (due to Uber Eats). Other restaurants would have put the blame and burden on Uber Eats. But it was evident Custodia wanted to provide first class quality service nonetheless. So when I re-ordered a few days later, the she and team provided one of the best meals I have ever had. Custodia exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I have recommended my friends and family for this restaurant solely due to her stellar quality of service, and hope this is the standard for all services across not only at this establishment, but for every company - regardless of service. read more

Again disappointing. You can't count on them having the soups in the menu as they frequently run out. Plus they now limit the flavor of the complementary, albeit expected now, ice cream to either vanilla or chocolate. I got the chicken panini with a side of baked chips and it was really delicious! After that I got a cup of their free soft serve.. chocolate and vanilla swirl. So good! Chicken Panini ($7.69) fountain drink ($1.99) The cashier girl was somewhat friendly. I liked the guy.. sorry.. I forgot his name. He was way more friendly than this girl. She should be more like him. Other than that I did enjoy myself. It was somewhat raining. So I sat inside until the rain stopped pouring. Oh and I tried all of their teas. The first one I tried was their hibiscus tea. It tasted good, because they added cane sugar to it. The color of that tea had a pretty dark pink hue to it! The second tea I got was half unsweetened tea mixed with regular sweet tea. It tasted ok, then the last tea I tried was their black currant tea. It tasted good when I added some sweet tea mixture to it. It had an interesting flavor but tasted good! The last time I was here, I ordered the Manager's Special which included half a sandwich and a choice of chips or soup. It does not come with a drink. Manager's Special ($7.59) So I tried the seafood gumbo and never will I get that one again, because it tasted like I was drinking the ocean... meaning it was super SALTY!!! One of my co-workers had ordered the Manager's Special and got a side of the seafood gumbo.. She let me try some and it tasted just right!! Ugh.. I guess I got the bag one... Food barely warm. Had to go ask (practically demand) butter and sour cream for baked potato twice. He gave it to me but obviously didn't want to. I have no idea why. Even getting a knife seemed to be an aggravation. Had to go to the counter and get chips that we ordered and paid for. Why can't the whole order come out at the same time? Why do I have to do more than order and pay? Shouldn't I get what I paid for without having to go get it myself? And why do I need to be made to feel like a pain just because I want to get what I've already paid for? Sadly, I had a bad experience during my last visit. All of the available tables (besides the tiny ones) were covered in dirty dishes, the salad bar ran out of small plates, cucumbers, and ice cream cups. The woman who gave out the buffet plates near the counter was the most miserable and unfriendly person. She wasn't wearing the Jason's Deli shirt and she had longish black hair and an extreme sour face. She threw the napkins and silverware down on the trays seemingly in anger. When I said "thank you" to be polite, she ignored it and kept her sour face. I followed it up by saying "nice attitude." The one in Johns Creek is much better and friendlier. I have never been a huge fan of soup and sandwich joints but this location has had really good food and fast service. Late dinner and the food was still fresh and served quickly. After a long day and a big lunch the muffuletta and a soup was filing and hit the spot. Love that the tea is fresh and I can have a large plastic cup that is more sturdy than styrofoam. read more

Full disclosure: I've never actually eaten at this place. My review is based on my experience ordering dinner for a sick friend. A friend of mine has been fighting the battle against cancer and is on the mend--finally able to eat real food. One of his friends started a "meal train" so others could feed him and his wife good meals during his recovery. I live 3000 miles away and obviously couldn't cook and deliver something, so I asked in the forum for the name of a good place with good food that could deliver.
