My favorite place to bring folks for breakfast just ruined my breakfast. I ordered Classic Eggs Benedict as I have plenty times! This time Served on half French roll shaved ham tomato and hollandaise sauce. Problem is something black on bread my third bite. Yes, fans of First Watch the bread was ridiculously MOLDY! I thought I was gonna Wretch. I filled over rest of half loaf and moldy spots all over. "WTF" cook! You had to have seen it! Just didn't give a damn. You should be fired. Threw a $20 for the server and left I was afraid I was going to throw up inside. Had to rush out. No Excuses! The kitchen mgr. I've gone to First Watch a handful of times, and I would say that this is a pleasant spot for brunch. Each location has a different seating layout, which some I've been to offering exterior seating. The Town Center location does not offer exterior seating as it is in a pretty packed center surrounded by other eateries. Service here was pretty good for a Saturday morning which saw the place quite busy. Parking can be found in surrounding areas of Town Center as well as in the parking garage next to the Movie Theatre that is also located here. My niece and I each ordered a side of their Million Dollar Potatoes (topped with an egg), and a side of toast. The potatoes were great and the egg was just runny enough for my liking. The highlights for me at First Watch will always be their sides, as many of their "full menu" items seem to always have something attached to them that I don't seem to like. First Watch is a great spot for breakfast! I was immediately welcomed by the hostess and given a choice of any open seating. This restaurant is very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is "farmhouse" and cozy. My server Saomi was super friendly and checked on me often. I ordered the Farmhouse skillet with eggs over easy and an extra side of biscuits. Always a solid meal at First Watch, this location is no different. Solid place for breakfast, especially the unlimited coffee. Tried the shrimp and grits spring special and it was tasty. I had a great time yesterday at First Watch! We came around 12 PM on a Saturday and surprisingly i was seated quickly! Usually that doesn't happen at any First Watch location! I was happy to find that they've already brought out their holiday menu! I tried the Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk drink and I really liked it! If you like the taste of coffee liqueur then you will probably like this! I ordered a Traditional Breakfast and a Plain Pancake and I was pleasantly surprised! I really loved their style of Chicken Sausage, it felt "homemade" even if it wasn't. I also really enjoyed the biscuit I substituted instead of toast. I've sort of been on a personal mission to try my Waffle House breakfast order at other restaurants if they have something similar. This was a great, higher quality, alternative! I have dined here before but didn't do a review enjoying the company and conversation. I made it a point to today during brunch. This spot is across from the The Forum with several other dining and shopping areas. The wait time was less than expected and our server was super nice. I came here to eat brunch and meet with friends that I hadn't seen since April of last year. I felt really bad because I thought we were supposed to meet on Saturday, but hadn't read the entire invitation text message to find out that the plans were to meet at this First Watch on Friday at brunch at 10:30 am. I got a text at 10:30 am that morning, asking if I was on my way. Huh? I live in Brookhaven! 15 minutes later, I was inside the restaurant with my friends who were already seated at a table in the extremely packed dining room. First Watch is easy to find. It's the the first business on the right as you enter the main entrance street into Peachtree Corners Town Center. A parking garage is conveniently located behind First Watch. I've been to two other First Watch locations. This is one is small, and they've tried to pack as many tables in as possible, which made walking through the dining area sometimes difficult. I bumped into the person behind me at the next table when I scooted my chair back, had to say "Excuse me" to four different people on my way past the customers standing inside the waiting area, and hip checked the back of another customer's chair (with an apologetic "I'm sorry.") just to get from my table to the restroom. The trash was overflowing in the restroom so that used paper towels were on the floor. The service could've been a lot better. Even after we waved to our server letting her know that we were ready to order, she acknowledged us, and came to our table about 15 minutes later. She came to our table, quickly took our orders, then left. After 30 minutes, our food came. Later, we had to compete with other tables just to get our server's attention to request drink refills and extra napkins. Our food was very good! Was it worth waiting 30 minutes for? Well, no, but it was what it was. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich, which had bacon, a fried egg (that I ordered over hard), Gruyere cheese, smashed avocado, mayo and arugula on a brioche bun with a side of seasoned potatoes. Both the Elevated Egg Sandwich and Avocado Toast have both become my favorite meals at First Watch. I thought it was great that I could taste all of the excellent flavors, with the exception of the mayo, and I could feel the different textures, and they all went fantastically well together in the brioche bun. The potatoes were just average. Others at my table had Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy, French Toast, and Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl, and they enjoyed their food. I visited this restaurant two weeks ago with my wife, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law. I ordered the elote burrito and explicitly requested no chorizo or pork products due to religious dietary restrictions. What I received was a burrito with bacon , which, to be clear, isn't even listed as an ingredient on the menu. We alerted our server, who was kind and apologetic. She assured us the kitchen would remake the burrito correctly. Instead, the second attempt came back with chorizo , the exact ingredient I had asked to be excluded from the start. At this point, it was no longer a simple mistake. It felt careless, if not outright negligent. Again, we informed the waitress. She returned with a $20 gift card, which frankly felt like a token gesture considering the same error had been made twice, and I had already consumed pork, which I avoid for religious reasons. We told her this wasn't sufficient, and expected the manager to step in. Instead, she came back with a second $20 gift card and still no manager, no accountability. The first sign of concern was the fact that manager was unable to address the issue directly and instead sent his waitress , who btw was extremely kind and was in no way at any fault. We attempted to use the gift cards at the front desk, only to be told this promotion had expired a week ago, meaning we were given fake gift cards to appease us because they didn't expect us to use them at the moment. At this point, we requested the manager ourselves. I believe the managers name was Maxwell. When he finally showed up, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. He refused to make eye contact, never issued an apology, and made no effort to take responsibility. It felt less like a mistake and more like willful indifference. He attempted to use the gift cards and then told us we could only use one at a time, adding insult to injury because up to this point, no acknowledgement or apologies for the mistakes had been made by him. At this point, we asked him why he never came to us and sent out his waitress and why he proceeded to give us fake gift cards and then not take any accountability. He then proceeded to comp the bill but still made no apologies or eye contact. This is by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food negligence was bad enough, but the way management handled it ,with zero respect, zero empathy, and zero professionalism was appalling. Needless to say, I will never return, and I strongly discourage anyone who expects even basic decency from management from dining here. read more

My sister and I came here for my birthday brunch and genuinely enjoyed it. Our service was good, the food was delicious, and the overall vibe there was really relaxed and casual. I got the Farmhouse Hash Bowl and it was delicious. The potatoes were cooked through, the onions were nice and soft, and there were grilled tomatoes in there that were sweet and juicy. My sister got the turkey gravy and biscuit (with an extra biscuit) and these. Were. Delicious. Nice and savory biscuits and gravy! 100% we enjoyed these. Lastly, food wise we both wanted to try the pancakes, so we got one Blueberry one. It was very light and there were quite obviously fresh large blueberries in it. Definitely delicious and fresh! For drinks, I got the New Tropical drink. I was thankful for this, being someone who doesn't drink alcohol. I wanted the feel of a brunch cocktail without the alcohol, and I got just that! It was SO. I placed my party of 3 on the waitlist on their website 45 minutes before our arrival. The wait time was an estimated 45 minutes. We were asked to wait 10 minutes upon arrival. We waited 35 minutes while everyone else walked up and were seated. I questioned the host and was told that they have had problems with the online waitlist all weekend. We both ordered the new Cauli-Rizo Breakfast Tacos, which substituted meat with cauliflower. It did have dairy, which I asked to be removed. I tried to make it as vegan as possible. I do still eat eggs now and then so it was vegan-ish lol. Our server was awesome and had a cool crystal necklace . She certainly took care of us. We also had the new Tangerine Dream drink, Kale Tonic, and coffee (for me). I've been really run down lately and just wanted to get some delivery recently. This chain has been on my radar since May when I went down to Florida with my hubby (apparently where it is headquartered). I had no problem ordering through the Uber Eats platform for this restaurant and lucked out with a really great driver. My mom wanted breakfast, so she got the ham gruyere omelette that came with choice of side (she picked the lemon dressed greens) and multigrain toast. She also got a side of bacon and two multigrain pancakes which we shared. Her meal was great (I sampled a little of everything). Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and well portioned. I ordered the market veggie sandwich with tomato basil soup. The soup was good, but let me tell you, the sandwich was awesome! A simple sandwich with mushrooms, spinach, pesto, zucchini on buttery multigrain toast, but it was so tasty and comforting. It was just what I needed - something light with the soup, since I've been sick. I would love to try more items from this chain and get the market veggie sandwich again. I'll probably get the Floridian French toast (I think that's what it's called) - banana, strawberry, kiwi French toast. It looked really good, as did most of the menu (a lot of healthier, fresher options too which is nice). We'll be back for more delivery, takeout, and maybe dine-in one day. I sat at my table for 20 minutes without ever talking to a server or even being served any water. There was tons of staff available to reach other tables and they even served another table their drinks immediately after seating them while I sat there yearning for water after waiting for 20 minutes. I also notified them after the 15 minute mark that I haven't been served any drinks but I never got any service anyway. First watch is always a go to brunch place. They give good portions and you never leave with a greasy feeling. All their food is fresh and makes you feel good after. I ordered the frittata ruscota. The sliver of ciabatta and the lemon dressed salad complimented the frittata so well and gave some balance to the meal. The market veg omelette was delicious as well. We subbed the greens in that for the seasoned potatoes which was perfect. It also comes with buttered rye bread. I also got the whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes. They were hearty and consisted of just the right amount of sweetness. It wasn't overwhelming at all! The iced coffee was pretty good, it's a tad bit on the sweeter side. note- We specifically said everything should be vegetarian from the beginning and there was a big piece of bacon on the plate. Writing this review a bit late but hey, better late than never right! So my friend and I decided to link up for brunch and we decided to give first watch a try. I've been to a location in Orlando once with some family and it was great there, so I figured we could give it a try here. And I was correct! The quality of the food was amazing! If you're looking for a spot that offers good selections of your favorite brunch meals with a "healthier" twist, then First watch is for you. Both my friend and I ended up getting the Tri-Fecta breakfast, which comes with one egg, your choose of meat, and your choice of French toast or Waffle. So it's basically your standard breakfast meal. In addition to that, I ended up getting a Kale Toxic drink, which is one of their speciality drinks and it's amazing! Definitely recommend that or the Monday Mediation with your meal while you're there. Now Like I said earlier the food quality was great! But The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of their portion sizes. It didn't seem like it was worth the bang of the buck, but I guess when you want good quality, sometimes you gotta bite the bullet! Food & service is always good but today it was 61 degrees outside & there was NO reason the AC in the restaurant should have been on at all. It was extremely cold in the restaurant & several customers including myself were very uncomfortable. It wasn't a sunny day so there was no sun shining in but the AC was pumping as if it was a 90 degree day. Restaurants need to think about the comfort of their customers. When your customers are sitting around with their coats & sweaters buttoned or zippered up and their long sleeves are covering their hands while they try to eat with the other hand, it might mean that it is way too cold in the restaurant. There are so many brunch places around town but it is our mission to try and hit as many as we can. We decided to hit this chain brunch place on a Sunday morning around 10:30am. It was packed and the wait time was approximately 25 minutes but we used it to explore the new shopping center (nice walking park). As soon as we were seated, our waiter handed us menus and brought us our drinks. We quickly chose our menu items and waited.... 20 minutes passed and no food/no water refills/no update on our food. Another 20 minutes passed and at this point I noticed that other parties (some that were larger and those that came after us) were starting to have their foods served before us by the same waiter. At this point, I started to ask our waiter where our food was. This is when our waiter apologized and brought out a large container of water. We were thrilled when the food finally came out and although I was upset (or maybe hangry) at the service, the good food slowly started to appease this. It was solid food but was way overpriced for the food that was presented. The waiter came back to check on us after to see how the food was and we appreciated that. Shortly after, however, she put the check on the table. Although I understand that Sunday mornings can get busy, this felt very rushed and a "get out of here since your food is almost finished" attitude ESPECIALLY after we had spent more time waiting for our food than actually eating at that point. But more than this, we were shocked by the greasy/oily receipt that was presented before us (see pic below). How gross is that? It is never a good sign of hygiene when the person handling your food has hands like that. . Will I be coming back to First Watch? Maybe... after I check other brunch places. Went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning at 7:30. Very few people seated inside and was seated immediately. Waitress came immediately and got our drink orders. Kale and organic mixed greens salad with maple-roasted carrots, chicken breast, dried cranberries, slivered almonds and shredded Parmesan cheese tossed. I came to this location last Saturday & the wait was pretty long so me and my boyfriend got in the waitlist. The host or manager whoever it was told us the wait was only 5mins once we checked in. We ended up waiting 25-30minutes which is fine whatever. Once they finally got to us they sat us outside and told us they would be with us shorty. I'm not even kidding when I say nobody attended us..not even with water or nothing AND it was really hot outside. It took more time for the waitress to get our drink orders and drinks to us.
