We were charged almost $500 after months of being moved out (mind you after calling the cops and months of sleepless nights due to neighbors screaming their heads off ALL NIGHT, they wouldn't let us break lease so we paid rent while not living there for over 2 months. They got free money and still wanted more) for "flea infestation" and wouldn't take ANY proof saying otherwise, we have vets saying our dog has never had fleas+is on a very strong flea, tick medication and we would notice FLEAS. Cops were also called MANY times on other tenants with absolutely no repercussions. This place will charge you up your ass for no reason. DO NOT recommend!! Wish I could give negative stars.

Nancy, the office manager is what made my decision to live in Meadowridge a no-brainer! She's genuinely nice and friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. I had a terrible experience with my last apartment, from maintenance to the awful employees. I've worked in guest service for over 20 years in fine dining. Nancy is a gem and thoroughly impressed me. Moving can be so stressful and she made the transition a breeze. The company is extremely lucky to have such an amazing and talented manager!! Thank you, Nancy!!

It's currently 95 degrees outside, and despite purchasing a $600 window A/C unit, the temperature inside my apartment is still 84 degrees. Maintenance has told me there's nothing they can do until the HVAC system completely fails, which means no real repairs will be done in the meantime. I've never experienced issues like this at any of the other apartments I've rented. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience, and I'm definitely looking forward to the end of my lease
