They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. If you are unable to met demands it might be time to hire more hands or get a better system. My experience doesn't need to be everyone else's.

Highly recommended and she's got a strong following of other doctors and RNs who go to her as their primary care doctor. I can't say enough nice things about her and her staff. They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean. Trust me you'll love Dr Hsu and her great staff.

When my mother was admitted to Gardena Memorial Hospital on April 25, 2014, the emergency doctor advised us there was nothing that could be done for my mother because her kidneys where failing and her heart was too damaged to help her. Dr. Adegbenga, is a nephrologist and told us my mother would be a candidate for hemodyalisis. It is my opinion he knew very well that she would not survive but gave us false hope to perform an unnecessary procedure on a 89 year old woman. Since he is a kidney specialist I made the mistake of trusting him. He performed hemodyalisis on a dying woman. My mother passed away on April 28th. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN.

I have had more than one appointment cancelled and rescheduled without consideration (took time off work, would like to receive results some day) for the patient's time or well being. I recently had a hard time reaching the doctor, and decided to contact my insurance provider for advice. My insurance provider was shocked that I was not able to see my physician, considering I had been really ill and was not improving. However I was given information, so I could seek assistance from a urgent care facility. Although I would prefer to seek assistance from my primary care physician because she was familar with my illness, I went to the Urgent care any way. I am thankful that I decided to go, because I learned that I had an infection that needed tending to. As well as, I was having issues with breathing. After this experience, I will definitely be looking into finding another doctor. Once again, the doctor is excellent but her office staff needs to be completely replaced. I am sure they truly believe they are protecting the doctor from demanding patients; however, the doctor should have the final say in regards to who she is willing to squeeze in and which calls to return. Blocking patients from the doctor, could prevent patients from receiving the care they need. In the name of health care and service, at least refer patients to a decent urgent care if the doctor is booked or out for the day.
