In retrospect, I wish I had listened to the voice in the back of my head telling me to get two. Learn from my mistake and indulge the whim. I was worried about a long line, but I came at around 0900 on a Sunday and waited in a very short, fast-moving line. A large part of that is pretty exceptional service, who didn't point to the big sign that answered one of the questions I asked. This is the cutest coffee shop. It's a modern design with cool comfy vibes. They sell all types of crystals and jewelry in a boutique storefront and toward the back is the cafe. It has a small seating area that is ideal to kick back for a little while. The baristas are very nice and cheerful. I will say they offer one of the best Brazilian coffee beans. The barista who made my drink happened to be from my home city and very knowledgeable. I loved the latte! It was smooth and bold without any bitterness. The perfect pick me up before a day of Sedona exploration. I highly recommend anyone visiting Sedona to stop in! There's a tiny parking lot but I arrived early so I didn't have parking issues.

This business willfully, blatantly, and irresponsibly violates county, state, and federal health codes for food establishments. This was independently verified and confirmed by the Coconino County Health Department. The people working at the counter refused to address the problem. There was no manager on-site. Presumably, they knew what they were doing was wrong and egregiously disgusting, because they must have taken a food handler's course in order to work there, right? But, they argued and said they were correct and doing nothing wrong. Remember, the health department verified that they WERE wrong! They do not seem to care at all about the health and safety of their customers, nor the cleanliness of their establishment. All of the employees need to be retrained on food safety and customer service. It is very sad when your customers know the regulations better than the employees, and it is even sadder that they just don't care.

They were a much needed respite, who were reasonable, understanding and didn't need a bunch of unnecessary rules.
