They sell Starbucks coffee here with a better pastry selection. I enjoyed getting my cold brew and a Boston Cream donut. They have a decent seating area if you want to lounge around.

Surprisingly they serve Starbucks here.

This place is located inside the Orleans Hotel. It is very convenient if you are a guest here at the hotel. They is a great seating area which is awesome. Service is ok. They didn't offer to heat my muffin or donut. My daughter had a breakfast burrito which was good. Prices are obviously higher here.

Stopped here today for a couple of refreshments and got a smoothie and a Acia bowl. It took a while for the lady to make it for us, but this is understandable since she was by herself since they are looking for people to work, but I guess they do not want to.

Standard "Starbucks" licensed coffee joint. Looks like a dollar more than other like places, but I think you pay for the convenience. There is always a moving line, someone always eating a bagel in the sitting area and I have always gotten courteous and quick as possible service.

A very small apple
Dan M.

The apples are small and one was better than the other, but the bagel was wrapped in tinfoil, which I haven't experienced since Peter Pan Bagels in NYC when I was a kid. I used to love those bagels! And I always associated tinfoil with those bagels. So, this was a nice surprise. I always know I'm going to be surprised by something in Vegas, but I never thought it would be a bagel wrapped in tinfoil. Very good bagel, excellent service, clean, and affordable. Definitely recommended.

They brew Starbucks coffee... poorly

It's gotta be a law somewhere that every casino has required to have a spot to grab hot coffee to start the day. Java Vegas is the one at the Orleans, and it's hidden by the valet entrance/exit around the side of the building. I was disappointed to see that this spot brews Starbucks coffee, a company I've avoided patronizing for years. The vanilla iced coffee I received was sooo milky, it had barely any coffee flavor. Super disappointing, especially considering it was one of their promoted drinks. Service was polite, line moved quickly. They have a pastry case with fresh fruit and yogurt, some of the only healthy options available in this casino. They had a featured breakfast sandwich and burrito for under $5/ea, which is surprisingly good pricing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!! Terrible service . Coffee was too sweet !!! I asked her what was in the coffee because if I don't like drinks that are sweet . She said there is only coffee, and the base and that's it. I even paid for an extra shit of espresso because I did not like my drinks sweet!!! Turns out the base is sugar!!!! I told her that she didn't tell me that the base was sugar. And said that it's not their fault that they made it exactly the way I wanted I said not sweet....... The lady that was helping me was an older Latina lady @ 5pm . She had a terrible Attitude.!!! I asked specific questions and yet she couldn't answer properly like she didn't know the menu. **** update .... I called to speak to the manager Josh An he was wonderful!!!! He fixed the drink for me and was so understanding. Oh thank you to the manager Josh

I just realized I've been gatekeeping this place…read more This place out of the 100's of coffee shops in town, is the best coffee no one is coming close. My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

It didn't appear to be that busy from the outside, but there was a long line inside. Luckily, the line moved by quickly. It's interesting that you inform a staff member what you would like to order, wait for them to get your order out to you and then pay. It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Apparently it was seasonal, and they just dont update the TV menu. So I ordered a sweetened matcha drink, that ended up being very bitter. When I went to the counter to order a different drink, and have them discard of the original, they didnt even ask why, the staff were all too busy talking about their weekend plans. I ordered a macadamia coffee instead, that was too sweet to drink, so I threw that awau too. I sound like goldilocks, but had my husband try them too and he agreed. The breakfast burrito was dry and boring. Not terrible, or inedible, but not worth the cost. I wouldn't order it again. The ambiance was fine. Plenty of seating, which is nice. And the place was clean.

I was told to wait a moment and I said sure no worries. I patiently waited and waited until it was over 10 minutes and also realizing there's another car behind me. So I moved forwarded to the window and at this time it is now 9:20am. When I pulled up to the window. Worker 1 (Asian girl with glasses and short black hair) was just standing & leaning with her back against the drive thru window. When she noticed me, I told her that I was waiting for over 10 minutes there for someone to come back and take my order. She stated they were "busy" with only 6 customers in the lobby but no line at the register? And that she was talking through the intercom but didn't hear anything? Weird. Cause it was just find 10/15 minutes ago... I explained that she could have checked in and apologized for the wait but she did not do that. I asked her am I able to get a discount for such a long unnecessary wait? She chuckled and said "no." And then walked away. (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) Worker 2 (white girl with glasses and nose piercing with blonde highlighted hair) came over with my coffee and I asked her if she was the manager. She said "yes." I tried to explain the situation and she completely cut me off right away not wanting to hear me as the customer out. She explained she heard it all and she doesn't have the time for this and that I was initially being aggressive (BIG LIE TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL ON TOP OF THE SITUATION). I told her I clearly have not been aggressive from the start and how ridiculous it is to for the both of you to not take accountability of this situation. Now I am extremely mad because she decided to escalate the situation but cussing back and forth. Instead of hearing the customer out and apologizing about it, I was told to leave because they had "no time" for any of it. I have been coming to this location for years and have never once been treated like this. And on top of that when refunding me because she rather do that than putting her ego aside and taking accountability, she shorted me $2. My order was $13 and change and I gave $15. When receiving my money back. I didn't not receive the whole $15. I got mistreated and stolen from, from this location by these two workers who refused to give me their names. I DO NOT recommend coming here for your coffee needs. It is absolute disgusting behavior these two so called women had. They absolutely need RETRAINING on customer service and definitely RETRAINING on how to act as a manager of the establishment. Completely disappointed. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would with this review!

The owner is one of the most French people you will ever meet and is so kind and hospitable. The food itself feels like it was flown in from Paris, in both aesthetics and taste alike. The ambience is very kitschy, filled with things and knickknacks on every surface and wall with beautiful French music, and although I would not want to be around it all the time, it somehow makes the experience even more French. The staff is amazing and very attentive and while the location is small, they have seating indoors and outdoors. The staff does an amazing job keeping up with cleaning of the tables, the floor, and the bathroom. The decor in this restaurant was very French. There was a collection of many things all put together, which made the experience enjoyable. For example they have a cute IG selfie wall that is in the corridor leading to the bathrooms, and there is a secret compartment behind a photo hanging on the wall, which contains mini Polaroids of many guests. While we were enjoying our food, there was music and a singer. The man's voice was amazing. And while he was on break, they would play other cool music. The food here is exactly as they prepare it in France. The French toast is made on a buttery brioche that makes it feel like a pillow. All of the food was fresh and you can tell that they cook with real butter. I will definitely come back to try other dishes or just for a coffee and a pastry. I hope next time I can sit outdoors once the weather has cooled down. Enjoy!
