They sell Starbucks coffee here with a better pastry selection. I enjoyed getting my cold brew and a Boston Cream donut. They have a decent seating area if you want to lounge around.

    Surprisingly they serve Starbucks here.

This place is located inside the Orleans Hotel. It is very convenient if you are a guest here at the hotel. They is a great seating area which is awesome. Service is ok. They didn't offer to heat my muffin or donut. My daughter had a breakfast burrito which was good. Prices are obviously higher here.

Stopped here today for a couple of refreshments and got a smoothie and a Acia bowl. It took a while for the lady to make it for us, but this is understandable since she was by herself since they are looking for people to work, but I guess they do not want to.

Standard "Starbucks" licensed coffee joint. Looks like a dollar more than other like places, but I think you pay for the convenience. There is always a moving line, someone always eating a bagel in the sitting area and I have always gotten courteous and quick as possible service.

    A very small apple
    Dan M.

The apples are small and one was better than the other, but the bagel was wrapped in tinfoil, which I haven't experienced since Peter Pan Bagels in NYC when I was a kid. I used to love those bagels! And I always associated tinfoil with those bagels. So, this was a nice surprise. I always know I'm going to be surprised by something in Vegas, but I never thought it would be a bagel wrapped in tinfoil. Very good bagel, excellent service, clean, and affordable. Definitely recommended.

    They brew Starbucks coffee... poorly

It's gotta be a law somewhere that every casino has required to have a spot to grab hot coffee to start the day. Java Vegas is the one at the Orleans, and it's hidden by the valet entrance/exit around the side of the building. I was disappointed to see that this spot brews Starbucks coffee, a company I've avoided patronizing for years. The vanilla iced coffee I received was sooo milky, it had barely any coffee flavor. Super disappointing, especially considering it was one of their promoted drinks. Service was polite, line moved quickly. They have a pastry case with fresh fruit and yogurt, some of the only healthy options available in this casino. They had a featured breakfast sandwich and burrito for under $5/ea, which is surprisingly good pricing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!! Terrible service . Coffee was too sweet !!! I asked her what was in the coffee because if I don't like drinks that are sweet . She said there is only coffee, and the base and that's it. I even paid for an extra shit of espresso because I did not like my drinks sweet!!! Turns out the base is sugar!!!! I told her that she didn't tell me that the base was sugar. And said that it's not their fault that they made it exactly the way I wanted I said not sweet....... The lady that was helping me was an older Latina lady @ 5pm . She had a terrible Attitude.!!! I asked specific questions and yet she couldn't answer properly like she didn't know the menu. **** update .... I called to speak to the manager Josh An he was wonderful!!!! He fixed the drink for me and was so understanding. Oh thank you to the manager Josh

We optioned for the only rooms left 2 queen beds. Disappointing. When we finally got a room, after going back to the front desk, another person told us that the rooms WERE ready; however, there was still no king bed. He said he would comp our self-parking. (I rolled my eyes privately) (jump ahead......did NOT work when we drove out of parking to 40.00.). Restaurants were wonderful. All the services there were very good. LOUD. Really LOUD throughout the hotel. Food was wonderful, but yelling to speak to table guests. If you want to be in a nightclub for 24 hours, this is your place. We've stayed at the Cosmo a handful of times. This is one of our favorite hotels. On our most…read morerecent trip, we decided to book a terrace one bedroom with a fountain view. We were checked in by Isa who was very friendly. We asked for a high floor, and he went above and beyond to call around and ask if we could get it. We arrived around 11PM, so we weren't expecting much availability, but Isa made it happen. One morning, I called the number for in room dining and I spoke with Rosa/Rosie. I placed an order for pancakes, cold brew, a fruit platter, a breakfast sandwich, and eggs benedict. I asked her if I hit the minimum yet, and she told me the minimum was $160 after the service fee and gratuity. However, she told me if I wasn't going to eat all the food, just order what I wanted and then pay the $10 upgrade fee. I was very grateful that she suggested this, and I asked her to assist me in removing some food from my order. She was very patient with me, and I can just really appreciate when I know I'm being a difficult customer and the person on the other end is giving me grace. She told me my order would be there no more than 50 mins and she was spot on. I also had the pleasure with running into two other hotel staff, I wish I got their names. One was cleaning the electronic craps at like 1:30am one morning, and the other man brought in our room service. Both were so extremely friendly, sweet, and kind. I'm very grateful for all their hard work that they do to make the hotel run efficiently. They both had a smile on their faces and you could tell were just genuine people. 10/10 for the hotel staff. In terms of the hotel room, I've had some funky experiences. One time my room just didn't have a trash can, so I had to call housekeeping to request one. Another time, our bathroom didn't have the hand lotion and we were scared we were going to get charged because they were going to think we took it. On our most recent trip, I did notice some dirt in the shower and in the bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I get grossed out easily, so i just try not to look. I think with how many rooms they have to clean in such a short time span (and considering how messy some hotel guests are considering it's Vegas), the rooms aren't going to be pristine - that's just the reality. Overall - this hotel is centrally located, has some of the best hotel staff I've seen in a long time, and the views are unbeatable. The best part is, the rooms still come with a mini fridge, and I can put all my leftovers in it!

I stayed at this resort a whole business week for a professional conference. I booked 2 months in…read moreadvance because I was selected to be a speaker/presenter at the conference. When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. Venetian is my new LAS VEGAS GO-TO Resort!

The only reason we even booked the hotel was because we knew it would be 110 degrees outside in the middle of the day and we didn't want to subject ourselves to that horrific walk to the Sphere. Disappointing customer service.

This is the first time staying here and I am really pleased!…read more The staff at check in and valet are super friendly! The lobby is gorgeous. Lots of Raiders memorabilia. ( I'm a fan....so ) but wait!... the scent as you walk in, very slightly there, and I can't even name it, but it's PERFECT. We got a room facing the strip for the night lights, however the sunrise was the real show stopper. There are some really comfy chairs to sit right at the floor to ceiling window to take it all in ... or you can see it from the comfort of your bed. What was missing was a coffee maker and robes in the room. I like to have a cup when I wake up. We are not big gamblers, more people watchers, so we walked through the casino. I did not notice one cocktail waitress on the floor. Is this a new thing? A few ( and only a few) people had drinks. The bathroom is spacious and has all the things!!! I love a tub in a hotel and this tub is the perfect size and angle to lay your head back for the ultimate soak. There is a tv screen in the mirror for your morning news or music videos.... Or a window shade that can go up or down for privacy or to look directly through the room out to that view I mentioned. Ahhh. If you come, be sure to visit baby cakes ( they're in house sweets shop- conveniently located on your way to the elevators ) for gelato or ultimate baked deliciousness or coffee drinks omg it's dangerous.... Overall, a lovely hotel off the strip ( but close enough) at a great price. We will return!

I went to M for a concert and was greatly disappointed in the whole experience…read more I understand that M is not entirely responsible for every aspect of the concert experience but there are a few things worth mentioning. I'll start with the parking and the way traffic was directed. For this specific concert it was very confusing, and the lack of signage did not help. Getting out of the parking garage was the most difficult and it took about 30 minutes. Also, when the concert was announced online, there was no mention that it would be held at the pool. So this concert was held by the pool in 107° weather and it was not fun at all. I could be wrong about this, but the band only played 1 hour 20 minutes and I think it's because it was so darn hot. And I was not happy about this at all. If I was overheating being in the audience, I can't even imagine how much hotter it was up on stage with the lights, smoke, leather pants... lol. So in the future, if there is a concert held at the M I would make sure to research and make sure that it's not at the pool in summer. So basically, I paid $175 per ticket to go see a band at the pool totally not worth it especially since they only played less than two hours. For those who wanna know I saw Stone Temple Pilots and unfortunately it was not worth my time or money. After this experience, not only will I probably never go to the M resort to see a concert, but I also will never again go and see Stone Temple Pilots. If you're gonna pay almost $200 per ticket and spend three hours of your time preparing and driving there you gotta at least give me two hours of your time for it to be worth what you're charging. The other thing I want to mention is the security guards and customer service staff weren't very efficient in crowd control. People were just gathering right in front of us who paid $175 for their tickets and it took about 30 minutes to get all these clowns out of the way so the rest of us could enjoy the concert. In my personal opinion this might've been one of the worst concerts I've ever been to and it really left a bad taste in my mouth concerning STP. Sadly I believe STP died the day the original front man died. RIP Scott Weiland. You are greatly missed.

There's a separate check-in area for The Reserve which I really liked. It was not crowded at all. Upon checkin, they gave me a coconut macaroon which was amazing! I did like that special touch. There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget!
