This location is right outside the elevators so it was a convenient place to stop by and get coffee. They have a small seating area if you wanna eat there. They have service was quick. This coffee shop is inside of Circa Hotel on the second floor. You're required to show ID in order to walk inside the casino. The area is clean and the service was pretty quick even though there was a line. I ordered the Spanish Latte, Masala Chai, and egg/cheese sandwich. The coffee and chai were super good. The sandwich was a bit bland but the bread was really good and soft. I would recommend to take a visit just note the pricing is a bit higher here. read more

Almost the third day here in Las Vegas and I finally found a good place that sells a good cup of Joe. Located inside Circa hotel and Casino 2nd floor . California hotel doesn't have anything except Lapperts ice cream that sells coffee. Also Starbucks is located inside Golden Nugget a little far . This place was good, I probably would get something different next time though. I got the cold brew frap called the Frigo. I think in the future I will stick to espresso based drinks because it was not my favorite. The location of this coffee shop was perfect. 24hr coffee place inside a casino. espresso was alright given it was made by an espresso dispenser instead of a traditional portafilter system. If you need a late night coffee fix or alternative to alcohol--this is what's to offer. Staff was nice and professional and it's as decently clean as a casino can be. We came here 2x in one day. Our morning coffee was absolutely delicious and the barista was so kind and accommodating. I asked for honey in my iced latte which often seems like an inconvenience to some baristas because they have to melt it with the espresso - the cashier already knew what was up and said she'd melt it for me. I didn't even have to ask! I know it's small but that goes a long way for me lol. Truly the best coffee I've had in Vegas - the espresso is high quality & they use Rishi teas which are some of the best. IYKYK. We came back for a cookie shot in the evening and we honestly weren't expecting them to be that good, just a "novelty" item we needed to check off our list - but OMG, they were SO delicious. Warm and chewy and fresh. The cashiers on the evening shift were lovely as well. We've had such good experiences here, we're coming back this morning too. 10/10 service & quality. Another overpriced place in Circa. It's all expensive. Jack Pots is overpriced and shit. Basic coffee like from a gas station so you might as well get it from there are save a lot. There's also pastries that are overpriced. It sucks getting this crap. It's a fancy new casino and they serve this. The coffee is poor quality but priced like it's upscale. It's about $3.50 for a small cup. They charge extra for non dairy milk. Also they have old pastries which looked okay but my lady friend got one and said it sucked ass. It's about $5 or so each. These look like they came shipped in and were put in the display case and sat there who knows how long. Forget it. It's basic cheap tasting coffee that costs too much. 6-29-21 visited this counter as we were leaving the Circa. The cashier who took my order seemed either new or was unfamiliar with what they sold. I chose the drink featured in the large poster but she seemed confused about inputting the order. She called another female over to order the drink. This second employee at least knew the drink but was rather abrupt and rude. She seemed very irritated, took out a tall flask of pink liquid and poured it into a cup. She pretty much slammed it onto the counter. Oh my... There was only one man before me and no one after me. Not sure why she was so perturbed but she could definitely take a refresher training in customer service. A minute later she asks me Are you alone? I was hesitant to answer. I said my husband is over there. She said to take the drink that was left on the counter that no one had claimed. That took the edge off a wee bit of her attitude and behavior previously. Hopefully she had a better morning after that. I know hubs was pleasantly surprised and happy cuz he had taken a loss at the slot machines and showed me his 3 cent voucher. read more

Mister came here for a refresher because my son raved about the flavor. I saw the white chocolate beignet and got an order 3 per order. I took a bite and OMG! Stopped by Jack Pots while walking through the casino in the morning and got an Iced Americano. It was refreshing early in the morning but it does have a sour note at the end of each sip. I don't usually put sugar in my coffee but this one I had to. FYI- The lady behind me ordered an iced coffee. When she got her drink it was a nitro cold brew. Wasn't a bad thing but just so you know. Service wasn't bad but it wasn't stiller either. It is what it is. This would've been a 3 star review but upped it one more because of the ambience. The coffee here is very dark--perfect for a coffee lover who wants something darker than Starbucks. I got a cold brew with oat milk and it was delicious, but a little expensive ($8 for the big cup). To my luck, the barista made too much of a drink, and she offered me the drink so that the drink wouldn't have to go to waste. I believe it was a white chocolate mocha, and it was hot. Four shots of espresso (quad). It was delicious! In the future, I think I would play with some of the hot coffee recipes. The cold brew was good, but a little bitter for my taste. (Dark coffee drinkers would love it.) By the way, Jack Pots (and Circa in general) is very trendy and stylish. Great aesthetics. I appreciated the staff as well. They were really helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. read more
