Never processed my drink but took my money

It took my money and glitched and never made my drink. Sad and no way to get it to cancel

    Hot hazelnut latte within seconds!

Such a cool concept and great-tasting coffee! At peak coffee hour on a beautiful Sunday morning, I strolled up to the machine to try out a signature drink; I was not in the mood to wait 20 minutes for a coffee at a typical cafe or talk to anyone, really... There was no line and I could endlessly browse through all the beverage options displayed on the screen. I went with a hot hazelnut latte. My dog and I watched the machine in amazement as it perfectly crafted my drink. We then walked down to the river and enjoyed my pick-me-up while watching the world go by. Perfect way to start the day. Well done, JAVAI!

This was a delightful find! It's an automated coffee shop kiosk. They just opened today! Keep an eye out for this adorable spot at new locations. The cofounders were there offering free coffees. Frankly the whole thing was delicious and fun to watch! The guy got an iced vanilla latte and me an iced sea salt caramel latte. Just perfect sweet but not too. Espresso shots smooth and not overly acidic. They have great choices for iced or hot coffees. The plus you can pick what you want and watch the process and if your not social you don't have to talk to anyone! Will be using regularly on my commute to the train as I'm not a morning person. Well priced and just tasty. Keep and eye out for new locations. The robots are taking over but honestly in this I love it!!!

This is a cool, affordable concept, and I've gone to their first location periodically since it opened. It's good, not great, and about half the price. There's the occasional maintenance/software glitch, but it's new and that's to be expected. The thing that's always made me a little nervous is the hygiene -- especially because there are milk products involved, and how often is an unstaffed kiosk being cleaned, and how well? When I went this afternoon, you could see there was at least one old, spilled drink all over all of the equipment. The lid on my drink was dirty. And the area where your drink comes out was just absolutely encrusted in old, dried milk and coffee. Totally disgusting. I messaged the company right away, and haven't heard back. It was still like this hours later when I walked by again. This experience, and the slow response to addressing it, will keep me from going back.

Me and my husband walk around and see this automatic coffee. We are interested and decided try. It's so cool, and best price. But first is second best coffee in Denver. We are ordered matcha latte. You can choose iced or hot. Ooo and forget tell recycle cool cup. Waiting more locations. Not often come in Downtown but this place definitely needs visitors often.

The three cozy pods were already occupied, but I was able to grab a seat at one of the two communal work tables, which gave me easy access to an outlet to charge my phone. They also offer free wifi. There were plenty of other seating options too, including lounge chairs and bar seating. They even have a billiards table! I ordered an iced London fog and opted for coconut milk, which is not typically available as a milk alternative. It came with vanilla syrup by default and was very good. I also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. It seemed like a premade sandwich that had been reheated, so the bacon was soft rather than crispy, which is my preference. Overall, Vibe Coffee & Wine is worth a quick stop, but it is especially nice as a place to relax, hang out, or settle in and do a little work.

I was going on a first date here so I didn't get a lot of pictures but they have a wide open café with plenty of seating so it was very comfortable. We both got hot chocolate and the design they made was so cute. The hot chocolate was a good temperature, not overpowering chocolate and tasted really good. Overall, I like the vibe in vibe as in I didn't feel too overwhelmed, it didn't get too loud, it was a really great choice for our first date. The staff was really helpful and made our orders quickly. I would definitely be down to go back.

Did someone say ceremonial Matcha? Hell to the yea!…read more I had bookmarked this place for our stay in Denver on our trek from California. We always like to scope out the best coffee spots ahead of time. Little Owl did not disappoint! First, it's always difficult to find ceremonial grade Matcha wherever you go. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

I tried the Vanilla Latte which was nicely sweetened, creamy, and soothing. The espresso was pulled well and gave me the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. They have some bar seating here but the cafe also extends into the lobby where you can sit and have a slow morning if you choose. Good try!

I liked that the atmosphere struck a good balance between not being too quiet so it feels weird to talk and not being too loud where I'm feel like I'm yelling to my friend and can't hear her. It feels like a great place to work or study. The baristas were extremely friendly, and I was impressed by the variety of baked goods available. They are seeking to alter their brain chemistry just enough to endure another day of presentations, spreadsheets and monotony. Novo Coffee stands ready to assist them in this evolutionary struggle. The space itself is clean and angular, a triumph of minimalist architecture that manages to feel entirely devoid of human warmth. It is a laboratory for caffeine extraction. The baristas move with the synchronized efficiency of factory workers on an assembly line, weighing beans to the exact gram and timing shots with digital precision. There is a strange comfort in this level of predictability. And yet, the experience left me feeling remarkably hollow. To drink at Novo is to participate in a transaction so sterilized that it borders on the cosmic. The atmosphere is thick with the hushed chatter of consultants and the frantic clicking of laptops. Nobody looks at anyone else. We are all just solitary nodes in a network, absorbing our chemically infused fuel before scurrying back to our respective workplaces. There was a wierd moment when I asked the barista for a recommendation and she stared at me as if I had spoken in ancient Aramaic, then pointed silently at the menu board. It was not unkindness exactly, but rather the mild annoyance of a machine being interrupted by a glitch. Novo makes a decent cup of coffee, and for that, the universe should be mildly grateful. But it is an establishment designed for extraction rather than connection. Go there if you require fuel for your biological engine or stimulants for your synapses, but do not expect to be wowed by the experience.
