Came in for an evening cup of pick me up coffee and interested to see if they have any seasonal drinks which they do but at 5:30pm, they have ran out of the berry syrup. I decided to get The Botanist Cortado. I asked for less sweetness and got it made hot. It came in a pretty presentation and the coffee is as strong as it looks but unfortunately doesn't taste good to match. I can taste the rose syrup but maybe it masks the cardamom because I can't taste the cardamom. It was just not a good flavor for a cortado. They have one pool table here but it was occupied when I was here.

The menu is so fun with lots of unique options. Got iced americano for my husband and a dirty spicy chai latte for me. It was fine but prob won't do the same drink next time.

    So much space!

Love this coffee shop! It's in a great spot downtown and get offer coffee and wine! Lots of spots for seating or even working it's a fantastic place to get together downtown. I love the selection of coffee and pastries. I've never had to wait long for my coffee. I also love that they can open up their windows in the summertime.

Being for Arizona I'm not used to this -8 degree Denver weather, how ever we came to this joint for hot coffee. As we began to order, the barista recommend an espresso martini since I was on vacation. I've never tried this espresso martini but I tell you, I had three of them with my breakfast. They were very welcoming and were a good vibe. I can see why it's called vibe coffee. Great for a drink. Over all the service was great and most importantly they were very clean and well organized.

Lovely coffee location with plenty of seating. They have both coffee and wine, so pick your poison! Staff was friendly but didn't rush me when I needed a bit more time to peruse the menu. I ended up trying the teddy bear (cold) brew and the coastal matcha -- I preferred the matcha as it was sweeter with a nice coconut flavor, but both drinks were pretty and refreshing. Interior was clean and modern with plenty of seating including some with facing out with the windows open for folks who wanted more air.

Beautiful establishment with lots of cozy seating and ambiance music. They have both alcohol and coffee drinks and are still serving coffee at 4 in the afternoon which is rare and appreciated. I got a golden chai because it sounded interesting and I like turmeric and chai separately. The drink is not my favorite and I wouldn't recommend it unless what you really want is turmeric milk. I don't taste any chai flavors.

Amazing space! Lots of seating. Really great for working or chatting with friend. Chicken chorizo burrito was delicious but soggy, I don't think I would order it again. Also got the red beet cocoa and added a shot. Really interesting flavor with the cardamom!

Atmosphere is pretty upscale for a coffee place. But also perfect for enjoying wine. First impression, this place is SPACIOUS! A popular spot for folks working on laptops. That was the reason I wanted to come here. I had some work to do and it helps that Vibe Coffee and Wine is right across the street from the free MallRide bus stop. When I ordered my drink, staff asked if I needed Wifi access. She let me know that the network and password would be printed on my receipt. The superfood lattes caught my attention. I had the Ruby Ginger made with beetroot, cocoa, dandelion root, cardamom, and cinnamon. It's an extra $1 for almond milk. The flavor is pretty earthy. Not sure if I'd order it again but I did love the presentation. https://yelp.to/jQywNazRcJ Would I come back? Sure! Vibe Coffee and Wine is kinda a vibe :)

A coffee shop and wine bar that has the most!! I love any drink I order whether it's tea or coffee. The baristas are so friendly every time and quick with orders! I love the pool/billiards table. It's a cozy and welcoming spot to work at or hangout with someone. It's such an open space with a variety of great seating options!

Stopped by for a quick coffee and it was good! Love that you can order both wine and coffee here.

Our hotel was close to this spacious coffee shop. We both ordered a latte and it was well made. I would recommend this coffee shop for a good quality espresso drink.

This was the perfect stop after eating breakfast at Sam's No 3! You step in and see the bar that is roughly horseshoe shaped with an upper section filled with lots of wine. Around the entire place is a huge variety of seating types available with couches, bar stools, booths, long tables and more. With a pool table if you feel like playing a round while enjoying your coffee or wine. We arrived before any sort of rush so had free range to pick and chose one of their couches. Staff were extremely friendly and talked about visiting Denver and craft beer. Their seasonal speciality coffees was what really tempted us to stop in. Some of the most unique speciality coffees I have seen. My wife loved their Berry Basil Brew served in a wine glass, unlike any coffee she's had before. While I enjoyed their Floral Fizz that was served in a rocks glass with rose syrup, espresso, and elderflower tonic. Both would be a must get again for us! I love the fact more and more places are leaning into the combination of being an early morning coffee spot and staying open being a late night wine/cocktail/beer spot! While I can't speak to the late night vibes here I assume it's just as good as the coffee/morning. Great overall ambiance with fantastic drinks to go with it! Stop in for a drink while doing some work or bring a group of friends to enjoy some drinks while chatting. No matter why you decide to come here it is 100% worth it. A new favorite and look forward to returning before leaving!

Such a calm, quiet and relaxed place. The barista was so nice, outgoing and welcoming. The coffee was great and the scone was delicious and warm.

Shout to the team for having our table ready when we got there even though it was very busy that day. We started off with the Fall Salad and I think it was one of my favorite things we ordered. I had no idea beets can be that delicious! After that, everything else came out: roasted carrots, barramundi, and wagyu flank steak. They also put in an order or pommes frites (French fries) on accident and decided to give it to us on the house. Thanks! The roasted carrots were really good and sweet. You could tell they were quality carrots. The barramundi was another one of my favorites. I'm a fan of fish and they did an excellent job of cooking the barramundi with a great sauce(?) that tasted great with it. I found the wagyu steak flank overcooked and really salty which was disappointing given the price. The pommes frites were cooked well but also extremely salty. Overall, I would recommend Sunday Vinyl if you are trying to take someone to a place that is unique and don't mind paying a bit extra. It is a bit loud in there (we had to raise our voices a bit to hold a conversation) but it is also a vinyl place so you would expect them to show off their music.

And from that point on, from first taste, I knew my experience would be exceptional. The service was attentive without being overly attentive, and the chef's were so kind, answering every one of my weird questions about what they were preparing or ingredients that I noticed. I ordered the smoked burrata to start. The balance between the candied pistachio, artichoke pesto, and wagyu cecina really created a well balanced and unexpected dish. The burrata was creamy and the salty and sweet components balanced the aged sherry gastrique and made for an incredible intro to a beautiful performance by the chefs. Next was another small dish, which I wish I remembered the description for (I need to bring a little notebook with me), but it was a perfect segue into the next course, the ibérico presa. Wow. Just wow. White asparagus has got to be one of my favorite vegetables next to artichokes, when done exceptionally well, as they most definitely were. The piquillo peppers and pickled shallots complemented the pork, which was so soft, perfectly. I definitely died and went to heaven at this point in the meal. This is probably when I should've stopped eating because after this point, still pure delight, but my poor stomach was soooooo full. Next was another small bite to lead into my next course, also incredible. Wish I could describe it. My next course was the European sea bass. Now, sea bass is my favorite fish of all time. The perfectly crisp skin, the red onion jam, the spicy sweet balance was perfection. I loved every bite. The olive oil potatoes were a perfect complement. And at this point, I was bursting at the seems... but I still ordered dessert, because you only live once and food is one of the great joys of life. For dessert, I had the crema. The honeycomb on top, the cherries, all leading to a perfect finish. A time was had. Thanks El Five

Loved the perfectly chewy ropes of bucatini tangled with crumbled blue cheese, Castelvetrano olives -- and vodka sauce? This should've been a weird disaster, but wound up being our table's favorite dish. Every dish is a commitment to the genuinely unexpected. There was something delightfully more than just salt, pepper and fry behind the eggroll-sized mozarella sticks. Then there was the fig gelato, flanked by warm pear -- and oh my gosh, the apple tart! We had to go back and reread the menu to realize that the caramel really was spicy! This kitchen really finds the funky note in a dish and leans into it. Come ready to share. Every item comes in a "single" and a "mingle" size, which was great for our table of four. We would order 1-2 mingle-sized items, pass them around, and argue about who gets the last forkful. The rough edge is perhaps the service, but this spot is new and finding its rhythm. We found the handoff between counter and floor to be clunky, since it felt like pressure to order in order to be seated, not to order drinks and wait for a table. Maybe this works in a larger space. Maybe they just need to smooth out the flow. Either way, the people are sweet, and the food delicious.

Made a reservation for 9 pm but got into town around 3:30 and they made sure to get me a table right away which was so kind of them and something they did NOT have to do. Kelsey was my server and she was so beautiful both inside and out. Very warm, welcoming and gave me great recommendations that were both personal for her but also worked with me when I wasn't sure about what to get after she recommended a few things. The food....was...SENSATIONAL. The Tostada De Toro I think every person needs to try once in their life. I feel like for whatever reason Mexican seafood is still underrated to the average person as I mentioned to Kelsey. They told me I could eat it open face or use a fork and knife so I tried it both ways starting with the first couple of bites open face. To be honest you could eat this upside down in a blizzard and it would be great, it was that damn good! The people sitting next to me giggled because I looked like I was having a foodgasm from my reaction to every bite. Then the Aguachile De Erizo had me licking my lips and then eventually drinking the "broth" (hope that's the right term) to the last drop with Kelsey's full approval hahahaha. I had never tried Uni before and what a great introduction it was. I kept finding pieces of scallops and uni in my mouth after and it was such a pleasant surprise. The Non-Alcoholic Colada I actually had first and it made be feel like I was on a beach somewhere. Delicious! The only downside to the meal was that I had to walk through the city after I left so I couldn't keep eating more which I really wanted to. But that's a blessing in disguise because I'm so excited to come back and try even more dishes that I didn't get to and I immediately recommended it to friends who live in Denver but were out of town and couldn't join me when I was there. Again cannot say enough about the service and the atmosphere which was so sexy. It felt both relaxed and accessible while still feeling upscale. (I mean I walked in with a backpack and a sleeveless shirt and didn't feel out of place or too dressed down at all. And if I was the staff didn't make me feel this whatsoever). Finally one more shoutout to the entire team for making it a great experience and make sure to ask for Kelsey as your server she's one in a million! PS my forgetful self forgot my wallet at the table and Kelsey came running out to bring it to me with a laugh and a smile. So somehow even after my meal they were still finding a way to be the best!

I pulled up Cask and Craft's website and was super happy to see the list of precautions they are taking to keep their customers safe. Some of these precautions include only 2 people in the shop at a time, use provided hand sanitizer when you enter, and even curbside pick up/delivery. Since I was sitting in front of the store, I figured I'd just go in, get what I needed, and quickly head home. I was greeted and asked to use the hand sanitizer upon entering - yes, thank you. I then explained from a distance that I was looking for a dark beer, preferably a stout. I was escorted to the back of the store and shown the fridge with all the dark beer. WOW! big selection. I had the choice of 6 packs, 4 packs, or mix and match. This was perfect for me because I needed 5 beers. I ended up selecting Jackie O's Java the Stout. When I brought up my 5 pack, the owner told me it was a great beer (one of his favorite dark beers) and that it was a solid choice. He was not wrong.
