Perhaps color and blow at home will be the better option next time. The decor is beautiful. Everyone is friendly, the shampoo massage chair is a 10!!!! I didn't wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for my facial. The esthetician Alyssa took care of me and she was so friendly, polite and extremely professional. This was the best facial I've ever had. By the end of my appointment I was so relaxed and ready to unwind. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Update: I purchased the monthly membership on my visit and two days later decided to cancel. What a nightmare! I emailed and called their corporate office three times, no answer. I went to their business in person to cancel. Had to make an appointment for a cancellation Phone call scheduled for a week out. Guess what? They never called! I had to call them that day and be transferred to a cancellation specialist and leave a message. The specialist was Katerina - very professional and polite. I voiced my thoughts on their lack of communication and overall professionalism. She heard me out, but there's nothing she could do. I heard her asking (5) other style/colorists what color and depth # to use (she should have known). When done, I had medium brown hair (different amount of brown on left side, vs. right side & with only a few highlights. I hated it and she admitted it wasn't what I asked & she shouldn't have listened to others. She offered to fix it. The next day she changed my hair to "banana" yellow, no low lights. Worst of all, all the close processing destroyed my hair. She should have told me not to get it done right away & wait a few weeks. She didn't!! I walked out & will NEVER trust someone who has to ask ALL the other colorists, what to do. They are ok in cutting hair, I'd give them a 4 if asking for something simple. But coloring is an art, and they aren't artists!!!
