Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will not be returning. I had booked an appointment for a color treatment today. After my hair was colored and washed, I was left in the chair with wet hair for over 45 minutes, with no one coming to assist me. I could see my stylist cutting another client's hair, so I went to the receptionist to ask if someone would be drying my hair. She informed me that I hadn't booked a blowout, so no one would be drying my hair. I was taken aback and asked, "So I'm expected to leave the salon with wet hair, in a gown and towel?" She replied that some customers do. I was in shock. I then approached someone else, and when I finally interrupted to ask what was happening, I was in tears from the embarrassment and frustration of the situation. This appointment was a birthday treat that my husband had arranged for me, and it was completely ruined. The owner was kind and apologized, drying my hair himself and offering me a 50% discount, but honestly, at that point, it felt insufficient given how upset I was. I paid, acknowledging the costs of materials and such, but I will not be returning to this salon again.

I have been going to Jenny for years and she always does an incredible job. She takes the time to listen to what I would like done and my color always comes out flawless! She's also really nice, friendly and very easy to talk to during what can be a very long time spent in her chair. The entire staff is friendly from the manager to the front desk and everyone in-between. I always feel welcome and taken care of. I look forward to going here and always walk away loving my results. I highly recommend this salon and Jenny in particular!

I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. Instead, Kevin chose not to soak off my acrylic, he filed down with the machine and rushed through the process, leaving my nails uneven with leftover acrylic still on them. On top of that, he cut my nails short and rounded them without ever asking me, this was not what I requested at all. When I politely asked if he could reshape them, his attitude immediately changed. He became rude and dismissive and then said, "I'm done here," refusing to continue the service. I was left with nails I didn't ask for and had to leave feeling completely unheard and dissatisfied.
