I scheduled the night before and they were able to come next day and repair. They communicated via text fast and efficiently. Thankfully it was only the wax seal that needed to be repaired. They are also reasonably priced as I received a quote from another company that was almost double. I would definitely go back to this company for any future plumbing needs.

Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours. Zal worked steadily, & kept his sense of humour. He was kind, & respectful the entire time, explaining any questions I had, & his price was reasonable. Baron Plumbing will be the first company I call for any future plumbing problems.

My service performed by Mr. Noel Quiroz, from King's Pluming Service Inc, on May 2025…read more I am leaving this review based on my experience with Mr. Noel Quiroz, who stated he was the OWNER of King's Pluming Service, phone number: 305-308-6126. Florida License # CFC1428219, which is registered at 14050 NW 6 CT, North Miami, Fl 33168, under the name Scott Kenneth Diener. This is all public records under myfloridalicense.com This review is based on my experience with Mr. Noel Quiroz ONLY. Mr. Quiroz was recommended by a handyman. I contacted Mr. Quiroz at 305-308-6126 to service my sprinkler system that had not been used (not necessary broken) in several years. I allowed him to enter my backyard while I was not at home. Mr. Quiroz showed up in a professional looking work van (see picture), which had license number CFC 1428219 affixed. To my surprise, 30 minutes or so later he called me and stated that the system was working perfectly and that he had checked, replaced and/or adjusted all the sprinkler heads, and that the pump and rain sensor were working. He sent me a video and sure enough the system appeared to be working. He was in a rush to leave and wanted me to Zelle him $400. I had a weird feeling so I insisted that he waited for me to verify the work. While there, it appeared that the system was working so I Zelled him the money. When I arrived home on the same day at 5:00pm, the system was not working. I called him and he told me that I needed another part with an additional cost. I told him that he did not tell me that earlier and he said, well I "just resolved the issue". I told him that I did not need it resolved, I needed the system fixed. He told me that I can put a water hose to the pump and it would work. I told him that I was going to file a complaint, and the next day he came and changed a part and left. Then the timer was not working. I found this odd since it was "working" the day before. I decided not to continue dealing with Mr. Quiroz. I had to hire another company which I researched on myfloridalicense.com. I recommend that you do the same prior to hiring any plumbers, including for sprinkler service. The new company told me that none of the sprinklers heads had clean filters and 3 of them were damaged. Also, the rain sensor was not working.

She's done that before, and this time the job was also to repair someone else's shoddy "work," including an old electrical installation. Extremely disappointing experience. I had been using Amy's Plumbing for a while -- they were always…read moreexpensive, but at least upfront with pricing and the work was done as promised. Unfortunately, the most recent job showed a complete change in their ethics and customer care. I called them to fix a leaking bathtub faucet in my guest bathroom. I was presented with two options: * $850 for a 3-handle replacement but requiring a hole in the wall, and * $1,150 for a 1-handle replacement with a clear promise that no hole in the wall would be needed. I agreed to the more expensive option specifically because they guaranteed no wall damage. While I was off the premises, Amy called insisting the plumber needed to be paid immediately before leaving. I paid. When I got home, I found a large hole in the wall in my master bedroom -- the exact thing they promised would not happen. I called Amy right away. Instead of owning the mistake, she blamed "miscommunication," said the plumber should have called me, and then started gaslighting me by claiming the job was "more expensive" and that I should be grateful that they kept the "old price." Absolutely absurd -- especially considering the already outrageous cost. I offered two reasonable solutions: * reduce the cost to the $850 option (the one that did require a hole), or * fix the wall they damaged. She refused both and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Key points future customers should know: Pricing has become outrageous; greed has replaced fairness. They do not uphold their agreements -- even written or verbal commitments mean nothing here. Customer care is nonexistent. It feels like they have enough clients and simply don't care about losing anyone. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and ethical plumbing company, this is not it. I never leave reviews like this, but the level of dishonesty and disrespect I experienced deserves to be public. UPDATE / CLARIFICATION: The owner posted a response that unfortunately does not match what actually happened, so I want to clarify a few key facts for anyone reading this. I was originally given two options for replacing my leaking tub faucet: $850 for a 3-handle valve, with a hole in the back wall. $1,150 for a single-handle upgraded valve, with a clear promise that no hole in the wall would be needed. I chose the more expensive option solely because I was told it would avoid cutting into the bedroom wall. However, when I came home, the wall was cut open anyway, and the tiles in the bathroom were also disturbed. I never received a call, no one asked permission, and no one sent photos before opening the wall. The work was done without any notice. The owner now claims that: the tiles "were not disturbed" (they were), I approved additional work because of corrosion (I was never contacted), and that "no one promised the wall wouldn't be opened" (the entire reason for choosing the $1,150 option was exactly that promise). These statements contradict what was discussed before the job started and what I saw afterward. I asked for a fair resolution -- either: * adjust the price to the $850 option, since that's effectively the method they ended up using, or * repair the wall they opened without authorization. Both were refused. I had used this company before when their pricing was high but transparent. This last experience showed a complete change: the price increased into unreasonable territory, the agreement wasn't honored, and decisions were made without my approval, followed by a response that tried to reframe the situation instead of addressing the issue. I stand by my original review. If you value straightforward communication, predictable pricing, and respect for your home, please be cautious here.

Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!
