I didn't open anything, but I also didn't buy those products and I might have had I had the chance to try them. I said I do not want any money, I just want what I paid for, a can that actually works. She refused. It's sad because I've been a customer there for years. A great store settled in a ripped up abandoned looking lot, but oh well. I was able to buy many tools and products I need, plus any color I needed in weaves. I have over the past year spent good money there, however, it was only my last most recent visit, a very professional woman with a kind of Jamaican accent gave me good service...gave me a frequent buye card and a free sample of sulfate free shampoo. Before that I was not greeted nor given any kind of recognition like that as a frequent professional customer. Didn't even get a bye or thank you...in fact, the other girls wouldn't even verbally tell me the total price, and was just I guess expecting me to just look at the register screen in front of me. So I liked her a lot. I am a white girl, and there are times I go in there and feel I am being snickered at, getting looks like, wtf is she doing here, but I dont pay attention to that.
