The head massage during the shampoo was really relaxing, and she listened to what I was looking for before making her own suggestions. I just wanted to trim my bob without looking like a puffball (I have a round face, and Asian hair protests against volume), and she did just that while restyling my layers. It's been about a month since then, and my hair still looks good (with maybe one area that's grown out a bit flippy). I'm not sure if I'll be totally changing stylists quite yet, but Aguri has gained my trust.
