Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!! Lee and his references made sure that we got the services we needed to get out of our ditch! Thank you so so much! I would recommend you to anybody! Trust this one! He was very understanding of my tight schedule and was able to move the vehicle with no problems and an upfront and honest price. Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

(We were using roadside assistance via dealership roadside assistance, not insurance.) When he said that was unacceptable he was told that he was ignorant about the process and entitled. Unreliable and unprofessional would be a generous description here. If there were negative stars I would choose that as they just delayed our service, which was performed (finally) by another company.
