The first guy that installed the system was using the wrong wires and the receiver was heating up it could've caused a fire. Pat's suggestion is he's coming out Monday and he's going to bring a amp, take care of the overheating and create a real easy solution. By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. Affordable prices and he sat down with me for a while to make sure I got what he was saying he's Just a great guy. I explained the problem I was having to Matthew with my home theater/ receiver and programming. He gave me a day & time, even texted a reminder. Matthew started looking over the system, explained to me he's partner would be coming a little later. Matthew explained everything that him and Trevor will do. He also, explained the price, and an option. Trevor showed up and in no time, they were explaining and showing me what they did. Straighten out all my hdmi cables, labeled them and reprogrammed my remotes, even got my Harmony remote working again. The guys did an awesome job and the price was great. Having a big Oregon Ducks & SC football party. This guy quoted me a price to do a capacitor replacement and clean up on a very expensive Marantz receiver internally which was not done at all! but I was charged for?! He replaced a couple of light bulbs and sprayed some contact cleaner in the knobs and called it day. what a ripoff!!! over $400 dollars down the drain and he kept my turntable when he wanted to charge me $279 for doing nothing to it as well we had agreed on a price which included a new stylus/needle that he didn't change as well! I should've known better then to do business with a person working out of a broom closet!!!! My only alternative is to take him to small claims court to recuperate my money for work not done. I was just grateful and lucky to get my Marantz receiver back! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.
