This logic doesn't make sense. The result is a chunky, straight-across cut that I could have done at home. I've already had to book an appointment at another salon to fix the uneven, unfinished look. If you're looking for a thorough, detailed cut with proper layering and finishing, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. We won't be returning.

I stated in my first review that though I didn't like the strange styling I thought Christina seemed like a nice person. Christina was my stylist, and though I think she seems like a nice person, didn't leave me looking very cute. I asked to be round brushed and to have curling ironed loose curls. She did round brush me, but then proceeded to very quickly gave me tight flat iron curls in random places. She asked if I wanted hairspray and I said NO. When I checked out, she charged me $45 instead of $35, not sure why. When I left I asked where was the closest place I could buy a curling iron (to obvious fix my strange hair style). I just had the best experience at Sarah's Hair Salon! I've been going to Sarah for years, and when she moved to Jayden Grey Hair Salon in La Jolla, I happily switched to keep seeing her. I'm absolutely in love with how everything turned out! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The salon itself is gorgeous--such a nice, inviting space! I especially loved the lounge chairs at the hair wash station; they were so comfy and made the whole experience feel extra relaxing. Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my eyelashes done by the amazing Jessica. The whole process took about two hours even with my eyes nonstop watering.
