My father, an army veteran, asked her if they provided discounts and she said "Lets see!, Lets see!" My father asked her what she meant by that and she would not answer him. She would not answer my father. She then told my father he could go somewhere else. We decided to leave and she scartasically said "Happy Holidays!" I ended up going to PENN MUFFLERS in Pennsauken, where they treated my father with respect and right off the bat told him they did give Veteran's discount which they applied to the bill.

Dan and his crew are truly the honest mechanics that you can't find anymore. Besides being excellent mechanics with huge skillsets, they will honestly tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how much/how long it will take, and what you could probably get away with on not fixing to save some money. I've saved so much money and aggravation throughout the years entrusting my vehicles (and ultimately, the safety of my family) to Dan. Additionally, if there's an issue that they're not able to resolve, they've always recommended me to someone with a similar character and skillset to them - someone else just as trustworthy. I've been to many auto service centers, stations and shops but I have to say they do a more…read moreextensive inspection with pictures of their work as well. Aside from a little long of a wait but was to be expected with one guy half the time but when you go to these places you expect time will be involved depending on the service and issues. I received 4 new tires. But I was impressed by the cursory inspection of the vehicle with a report also printed out with their findings. Now pricing has many levels but as with everything else today don't expect tire service to be cheap when everything else is expensive. Either way you do have options from lower to higher and in between. The guys did their job as well as handling periodic walk ins as well. Don't expect the cost of a donut and the speed of getting a cup of coffee. Just because its tires doesn't mean business and how it operates would be different in cost and time, but I will say they did find that I have a bad ball joint which would've never been found at any of the 5 different mechanics and accessory shops I've been at in the last 2 years getting a 17 year old car up to new car running speed.
