Doesn't exist. Maps lead you to a Denny's. Waste of your time. Pretending to be another place to get traffic is wrong.

I often get asked how I manage to stay sane while working with 3 small children. Usually my answer…read moreis that I stay (somewhat) sane with 3 children BECAUSE I work, but the truth is that I pretty much outsource as much as I can afford. I'd much rather spend the little spare time I have hanging with my kids or doing things that I enjoy than clean, cook, etc. However, it turns out we have to eat something and we're eating very well thanks to Sweetpea + Thyme. I think I've tried every food delivery service out there and Sweetpea + Thyme is as good as it gets. Every single meal I've had from Lizzie & Jen's kitchen the past 6 months has been so tasty. Even when I'm not excited from something on the menu it ends up being incredibly good. The lowdown on how it works: The Friday before: - Lizzie sends an email w/ the menu for the following week (one choice per day: Monday-Thursday). She will also work with any dietary restrictions. - I reply to the email w/ the days we'll be getting food. We typically order for 3 nights/week, which we end up eating all week long (lunches included). - Lizzie emails heat up instructions that even those of us who can't make eggs can handle The day of: 4pm: Lizzie shows up with a bag full of amazing food 6:30-8:30pm: My husband and I negotiate with (and sometimes threaten) 3 children to go to bed 8:30pm: We're hungry and exhausted after a long day of work and negotiating with our children, but we spend a few min heating up the meal 8:40pm: We eat too much of an amazing, but somewhat healthy meal...and sing Lizzie & Jen praises. --- I often bring the leftovers to work and somehow they taste even better (if possible) for lunch the next day. My kids also often enjoy the leftovers for lunch and I've even had my son's teacher ask how I find time to work, take care of 3 kids and make him amazing home cooked lunches. Ha.

Their ingredients and recipes are GREAT! Now if they could send me all of the ingredients, or,…read moremost recently, the right ingredients, I'd give them 5 stars. But I have complained about this issue numerous times (yes, I've been missing ingredients numerous times), yet I always get the same reply: they will alert the proper team. Frankly I think this problem needs to be escalated*. I order Green Chef every week and I'm on the verge of quitting because of this missing/wrong ingredient problem. This week was pretty much the straw that broke the camel's back: they sent an entirely wrong set of ingredients for a meal we did not order, but LABELED as the meal we did order. WHAT? If you count on them for meals, it is TERRIBLY annoying to have missing or completely wrong ingredient, especially when they are ingredients that we can't just run out and get locally. I know good help is hard to find, but they need to train better or try harder to find better help. When I subscribed to Sun Basket and then Blue Apron, it was very, very rare that I was ever missing an ingredient. *They do issue a refund when ingredients are missing, but that's not the point.

I paid an extra $2 per serving to sub Green Chef's ground beef for turkey. But the new version is…read moredry and flavorless. I call fowl! Green Chef's "organic" ground beef is greasy and doesn't meat my expectations. But Whole Foods, Aldi and Kroger also sell ground beef labeled organic that isn't. Check out Cornucopia's Organic Beef Report for details. I never eat farmed salmon after reading "The New Fish". But paying Green Chef an extra $10 per serving for wild salmon left me reeling! Switching to chicken that's inferior, parched and takes longer to cook is repre'hen'sible. The turkey is the final straw. Between chemicals, overripe or underripe veggies, missing ingredients and inedible meat, I'm done. It's clucking ridiculous to overpay for poor quality. Good riddance Green Chef!

Originally, we thought dinner would be just our family of four but ended up hosting last minute. With the three sides we ordered, we had more than enough food for four adults, and per usual our two picky eater kids still gobbled some of these delicious yummies down. While the turkey was resting, we warmed up our sides and bam- the perfect feast. Our last minute guests raved about my cooking and I was excited to explain it wasn't me! It was Cultivate Kitchen!! Cultivate definitely gets all of my thanks for making Thanksgiving day so stress free and definitely earned the hearts and stomachs of two new customers who now can't wait to order. Typically, after a day of frantically cooking and prepping for dinner I feel exhausted, overwhelmed and unable to soak in the day lol This year I went to bed smiling and laughing at what an easy and wonderful day we all had. I even woke up not regretting sayin yes to hosting. What a treat! A million thanks!

I saw a glowing recommendation for Jay Solomon on Nextdoor and it somehow caught my eye, so I signed up. I've been using Jay's 2 Go for almost one year and I've been very impressed. The dishes are beautiful and creative with top-quality ingredients and have been very satisfying to me, a very picky eater. Ordering and delivery are seamless. I generally get an e-mail on Saturday advising of the week's menu. I then go to the Web site and fill my shopping cart with the items I want. There's a small discount for ordering by Sunday night, but orders must be placed by Tuesday and are delivered Wednesday afternoon. Everything is fully cooked, carefully packaged, and kept cool with ice packs. Each item is labeled with a full list of ingredients and warming instructions. Pop in the oven or microwave and instant deliciousness! Chef Jay has spent over 30 years in the restaurant business, operating and running dozens of restaurants and writing dozens of cookbooks. He knows what he's doing. Every meal is made fresh here in Denver at a local commissary kitchen just east of Central Park. The meals feature healthy food with options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and plant-centric diets plus lots of meat and fish options. Many allergies can be accomodated. I'm a very happy customer and continue to enjoy new dishes and old favorites.

The service is as promised. The portion sizes are more than ample. I have used just about every meal delivery or boxed meal solution available. What differentiates Jays2Go is not being locked into a weekly commitment and not having to worry about unwanted shipments. The weeks I need to use Jays2Go I do. The weeks that I don't I simply do not. No hassles or constant contact with a website. Jay2Go is the way to go for satisfaction and simplicity.
