I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

My home, 2800 psi water pressure washer cleaning attempt didn't make the slightest difference; so we researched local commercial concrete service specialists with great reviews, and placed a call to Specialized Cleaning Contractors in Buena Park. I received a return phone call the very next morning from Company Rep. Tim Bosko, who made an appointment with me to review the concrete staining concern the very same day! Calling and arriving on time, Tim was knowledgeable of concrete and cement cleaning processes, chemicals used, environmental concerns, and related technical and quality-of-work/labor/results and expectations that were raised. He provided several pictures of both before and after cleaning projects completed by Specialized cleaning Contractors, on both residential and commercial concrete/cement patios, sidewalks, and decks undertaken in similar, close-by, OC homes and businesses. Initially, We measured the areas to be cleaned, and set a target plan involving the rear jacuzzi deck(heavy chemical staining, scale build-up, and rust marks), the North side walkway (heavy mold and rainwater runoff discoloration), and the upper portion of the front driveway (rust and oil spotting from driveway parking). Within 24 hours of Tim's visit, We received both a highly-detailed written estimate and a written scope of work/contract for review, ready for signature approvals...All was in order, and work began 3 day's later. Per communicated plan, Equipment operator Efram and a helper arrived on time, driving a clean, well-maintained utility vehicle, placed safety cones in the street work area and adjacent sidewalk, walked the job site with me answering and confirming work to be undertaken, and got immediately to the tasks at hand. The crew worked non-stop for 5 hours, power washing, machine abraiding, chemically treating, and revisiting stubborn stains as many times as required to clean away and minimize the 10+ years of pocketed and discolored concrete stains that were present. The results were amazing, a solid 90% improvement, with 10+ year old concrete surfaces cleaned and lightened and whitened; now closely matching newer concrete surfaces poured just 11 months ago. Of note, our project rep, Tim, arrived at the project start time, discussed work details with the crew prior to any work beginning; and returned prior to job completion to ensure all contract requirements, clean-up, quality expectations, and customer questions were answered. Bottom line: This is a quality organization, with employees who take pride in all aspects of the work undertaken. The preparation, communication, accuracy of paperwork, workmanship, clean-up, monitoring, and attention to detail were outstanding.
