I was impressed that many mentioned honesty in their reviews. Today, Michael, came by to look at my old water heater and give me a quote for a new, tankless heater. He arrived within the window promised. Hector sent a msg when he was 20-30 minutes away, which I always appreciate. I had done quite a bit of research on this the past few days. AI noted some red flags to watch for and potential upselling. NONE of those happened with Speedy Water Heaters. Michael examined my water lines, area around it, etc. He explained everything that needed to be done and what product to buy to get the full rebate from SoCal gas. He was very knowledgeable and the least pushy contractor I've ever encountered. He let me know what he'd do from beginning to end and gave me a solid quote right then.
