As another reviewer stated the meat doesn't fall off the bone but comes off easily. Definitely good taste and not dry. The chicken is smoked well and moist. Not dry at all. The pulled pork was good but probably liked the chicken and ribs better. The beans are good, they have some chopped brisket in them and the regular bbq sauce that gives them a bit of a sweet taste. There are three types of bbq sauce, regular a slight sweet taste, spicy the heat builds on you and a Carolina sauce that has the mustard taste. I liked the early bird plate because it left me room for a fried pie. We got apple and peach. As much as I like apple I think the peach was better. Enjoyed the service and food. I would come back.
