This is NOT the type of bakery where you can set down, and have a cup of coffee with your favorite treat. They don't serve warm beverages here anyway. Craved Creations is pick up only. You can order special cakes and other sweets, of course. Since this is a small bakery, stock is limited. You'll never know what desserts are available until you walk in or call them. There's cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, cookie sandwiches and macarons. Everything is homemade, fresh from the kitchen. They don't sell whole cakes or cake slices. You can sample cake flavors, but only for parties and events. I've seen some photos of their customized cakes and designer cookies. The staff do excellent work! Their prices are surprisingly reasonable. Me and my family would love to order from Craved Creations in the near future!

Unfortunately, everything surrounding the service left a very bad impression. I was charged for a consultation, which I agreed to in good faith, expecting professionalism and follow-up. However, I had to repeatedly reach out, and even then, responses were inconsistent or nonexistent. Being charged upfront without receiving the expected level of service feels misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, there were interactions that gave off uncomfortable and concerning vibes. It's difficult to ignore behavior that comes across as dismissive or biased, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. Everyone deserves to feel respected and valued as a customer. It's disappointing because the product itself shows real talent, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much. I hope the business takes feedback seriously and improves how they interact with clients in the future.

When I was about 6 weeks out from my wedding I contacted the owner to touch base, finalize the order and make final payment. I received a text saying she would call me later that day and I never received a call back. I called and text several times with no return calls. I finally had to get another baker to guarantee a cake for my wedding. I am out my deposit and never received a call back. Do not use this baker. She is unprofessional and discourteous.

The tricky part was the fact that I couldn't ask my friend any details about his trip; instead I had to hope he'd somehow volunteer the information I needed to know - he did! But it wasn't until Sunday night that all the details came together. On Monday morning I began scheming, and by that afternoon, I had a few bakery shop options as finalists (thanks, Yelp!). Was it possible to order a custom cake or cupcakes on a Monday afternoon to be delivered on Tuesday evening? Yes, indeed! Stephen totally rose to the occasion, and was a dream with whom to work. He called me back within a few minutes of my initial voicemail inquiry and we discussed options - he could bake custom cupcakes within the time parameter, but not a cake. Done! He directed me to his website URL to select flavors, and from there I was able to easily fill out a form with my order request. Once sent, I had a few follow-up questions that we knocked out via email - including me second-guessing my initial request, asking for his suggestions/recommendation, and then changing my order. Once I was happy with the final decisions, he sent me a super quick & easy invoice to pay via Square. Easy as pie! Below is my order, along with a photo from Stephen of the final product. Note: before posting this - since I wasn't able to taste them myself - I confirmed with my friend that the cupcakes did, in fact, taste delicious. Also, he liked them so much - and they were such a hit at the office - that my friend even ordered a second batch today! One last thing to note is how flexible and accommodating Stephen was for both my friend and me in terms of delivery. I definitely recommend Stephen, and look forward to trying his cupcakes myself one day as his business continues to grow!
