I got flowers from here and they were the most amazing exotic summer flowers, I love bird of paradise. So beautiful, huge, and fresh and probably cheaper than anywhere else for these flowers. I had to go back after that so I got flowers for someone here and I said around $35 please and I got a beautiful arrangement with gerber daisies, lillies, purple flowers and a really full bouquet. Jazzy Flowers is so amazing that they sometimes knew what I wanted before I did. Everything, from the centerpieces, to the ceremony arch, to the boutonnieres, to my bouquet, was incredibly gorgeous. I had a bunch of random photos of what I liked and they somehow mashed them together to create stunning floral pieces for the wedding. We worked primarily with Denise, who was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She was really great about keeping us in the loop with design and flower options, and always made sure that we liked any ideas they had before running with them. My company uses their services and the flowers usually only last 1-2 days and then sit smelly, dead and full of flys right after. We have had great arrangements for about 6 months but then it went down hill and so did their actual flower arrangements. The vases became smaller, they came broken at times and leaving our place with a puddle of water and waiting on the next time they would come and replace it. For example, one of the partners gave myself and my boss each a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. (Yes, he's an awesome boss!) If you're looking to get credit for flowers with a wow factor (as in they won't stop talking about them for weeks), then this is your place. As a guy, I hate shopping for anything, but Jazzy Flowers makes it easy for me every time. Like before heading out to the suburbs for my Mom's 65th birthday yesterday; I placed a call an hour before I left my place, told them I'd like an assorted exotic arrangement (with vase), and mentioned the dollar amount I wanted to spend. That's it - they did the rest. I pulled up curbside, put on my hazards, and was in and out within 5 minutes. The owner carried the flowers out to my car - he even packaged the bottom of the vase in this decorative, colorful temporary base to keep it stable during my 45 min drive. All I did was deliver them to Mom to - yet again - blow away everyone else's flowers at the party - perfect! This is my 6th or 7th time buying flowers from Jazzy and they still manage to top themselves with every arrangement. Only downside is that I'm afraid to give flowers from anywhere else - they've set the bar so high that my Mom, customers, and g-friend now expect them - no joke. It's no wonder they're listed as 5 star - they even made the clear glass vase into a work of art this time by spiraling a wide, deep-green and white pin-stripped leaf up and around its inside perimeter to conceal the stems of the arrangement. The water creates this shimmering, magnifying effect - like nothing I (nor my Mom) have ever seen in all my years of buying flowers. I really can't say enough, but the owner and his small staff have some serious talent here - you'll see what I mean. We used Jazzy Flowers for our wedding on July 20. Flowers were not at the top of my priority list for our wedding. I was hoping to save some money in this area and stick with the basics (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.). I met with Denise and Monica about 7 months before the wedding to receive a proposal. I gave them a picture of a bouquet that I liked, but I had no idea what they would come up with as I hadn't seen many wedding pictures on their website. My bouquet was everything that I wanted it to be. It was different shades of pink, different flowers and absolutely beautiful. For our decorations, we purchased glass water bottles and took them to Jazzy the week before the wedding. Each bottle had one pink hydrangea in it that we used as our centerpieces along with some floating candles. So simple, so pretty. Our guests loved it. Also, the day after the wedding we had 15 bottles and flowers leftover. Since we were heading to our honeymoon the next day we left them with the door person in our building to see if any of our neighbors would like a flower. All 15 were gone within an hour! I will definitely work with Jazzy Flowers again and recommend them to any friends in the West Loop looking for reliable, high quality florist. read more

While the shop has a nice selection, I've never experienced worse customer service. My family ordered flowers for me and they just never delivered them. When we called to follow up on it, they had no reason, no explanation and not even an apology was made. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer and I will never use them again. I have purchased from Jazzy Flowers in the past but this time when it really counted for Valentines Day they completely fell through. I placed my order a few weeks in advance to ensure everything would go smooth and while I received my flowers by the time I brought them home they were already dying in a pretty dramatic fashion. I contacted Jazzy Flowers about this but they just ignored me. In the end, I am happy that this happened when it did as I am currently searching for a florist for my wedding and I now know to not trust Jazzy Flowers. It just seems like there is too much inconsistency here. I have no plans to return here and will take my wedding as well as the occasional flower purchase business elsewhere. ________________________ UPDATE: After expressing my disappointment, I was contacted by the business owner and he offered to rectify the situation in a more then acceptable manner. I am still a bit hesitant on Jazzy Flowers but hopefully I can make a couple more visits and see the consistency prior to any major wedding plans.
