I was so shocked by the hostility that I called back to explain that while I understood their frustration, there was no reason to speak to a long-time customer with such disrespect. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing. Missing an appointment deserves a fee or a firm reminder, not being berated and hung up on.
