Awful experience. I walked out of there with my nails looking worse than when I went in. They did not do anything to my cuticles (the whole reason I went in). They told me it was extra & you have to request it. And each of my nails is a different shape, if you can even consider them "shaped". I am headed home to go file/shape my nails & cut my cuticles after walking out of a nail salon & paying $50. There's tons of nail salons in Avon/Edwards. Go ANYWHERE else. read more

I walked in here with a friend on a Sunday when they were fairly busy and they fit us in in about 10 minutes. I got a pedicure, my friend got a mani and pedi. Everyone was super nice, they were very thorough and my pedicure lasted 4 weeks without chipping once! Reasonable prices as well. I'll definitely be returning, maybe the negative reviewer just went in on a bad day. read more

Great atmosphere! In town and took a day off from snowboarding. Looked at a couple nail places online and decided to come here as I was in need of a pedicure BAD. Beau was the name of the man who took care of me and he was phenomenal. Really detailed, took the time with my feet. Extra long massage which is already a plus in my book. Then to top it off I got a shoulder massage as my toes were drying which was exactly what I needed. You need to ask for him and I will definitely come back when I am in town next! read more

I've been coming here for a while and I found the service to be just alright for me to come back. Today the lady who helped me was definitely rushing me and even laughing at me while I tried to make a polish decision since she didn't do the gel color I had asked for. She also was very inattentive, looking around the room while doing my manicure which explains why they aren't the shape I wanted. And then she had the audacity to ask for a bigger tip! Truly, I want to give this place 2.5 stars, based on the successful service received in our four person group. There is a group of us on vacation and two of us needed to get our gel manicures removed and redone. Two others decided to come along for pedicures. By yelp recommendation, we made our way to Jazzy Nails. On entry to Jazzy Nails, we could tell things were a bit chaotic, but really, in a good nail place at a vacation destination, that is standard. The manager told us he could fit us in for two gel manicures, one child manicure, three adult pedicures and one child's pedicure. Person 1-sat down in pedicure chair and had gel nails and pedicure performed at same time. Satisfied with both services. Person 2-sat down in pedicure chair and had pedicure and nails performed tandem. Satisfied with both services. Person 3-seated at manicure table for gel service. Seated in pedicure chair afterward with manager performing service. Satisfied with gel application but extremely dissatisfied with pedicure. Person 4-seated in pedicure chair. Manager performing service. Sloppy pedicure. All services performed by people other than the manager were favorable. The manager was attending the front desk, answering the phone, making salon assignments and performing manicures simultaneously. The result was two badly executed pedicures. The second pedicure performed by the manager was so sloppy and gloppy, she requested it be removed and redone. He blamed a bump on her toenail, the polish itself, and was offended when she asked him to please focus on one thing. He had no time to focus on a pedicure but did make the time to follow her out of the salon to argue with her about his ability to multi-task. My advice to you---do not let the manager be the person performing your services! He has poor application and a defensive attitude. Enjoy your massage at the drying table!!! read more

I went to this place based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I received the worst pedicure ever. The nail tech used the wrong color and told me the color I chose was too Barbie because she didn't want to redo the six nails she had already painted. There was no kind of moisturizer added to the water and no kind of anything used on my feet other than a nail file. The callus removal part was a waste as there are still dry spots on my big toes. This place is wonderful. I'm from the East Coast and particular about manicures and pedicures. This is the best I've ever had. Both the pedicure and manicure was thorough and relaxing,the polish job was perfect. They use a bonding solution on the nail before the color and this is game changing. I've never had this done before and it makes the polish last many extra days. I've been back for another manicure and can't wait to return. I have always had a great experience with Jazzy Nails. They manage to squeeze me in usually with less than 20 mins notice! The staff have always been polite and efficient. Jazzy Nails is a very upscale salon offering all nail services. The space is beautifully designed and very elegant. The owners Kenny and Tran are efficient and the nail technicians are very good. The prices are in line with other valley nail salons and actually quite reasonable . For example a manicure is $15.00. This is a one of a kind nail salon. The design of place is really nice and put together. The place is clean and well managed. I got a pedicure,my eyebrows waxed, and acrylic off my nails from my last full set that I couldn't get off for the life of me. They have nice comfortable seats so I enjoyed my pedicure, the lady that did it took her time. The other lady (sorry not good at names) did my acrylic take off and eyebrows. I like that the lady kept my eyebrows thick which has been a big problem when getting my eyebrows done and she was quick. When she took my acrylic off it was also quick and she didn't try to chip the acrylic off like some shops, she did it the proper way by soaking my nails and filing the rest off. I also spoke to the owner he's a really nice guy that cares about his customers and employees. But It's not over yet, when I was sitting waiting for my feet to dry the lady that did my pedicure gave me a massage. YES a massage it was an amazing surprise. This is now the only nail salon I go to when I'm in Colorado. read more

Worst Service ever. A male, who seemed to be the owner was extremely rough to the point of bleeding. I had decided on one color for my entire mani pedi but he seemed persistent to have me pick a different color, I'm not sure if it was easier for him to paint with a different color but it made me uncomfortable. I continued to decline so he didn't seem to try his best on my manicure. My mother and I went together and she didn't have a problem; it was just the man who serviced me. We payed too much for this type of behavior, we're used to the snickering & gossip in foreign language but this was unbelievable. read more

I went in on a very busy day, but I am never going back. I had three different people work on me because the man who did my pedicure kept running back and forth trying to help people who didn't wait as long as I did. I still gave a 20% tip even though the service was bad, I felt like being nice and understanding. My manicure lasted two days, the nail polish they used was cheap. I went back because I've never had a manicure last two days. The worker there told me manicures should only last two days and they were mad at me and rude. Eventually, they sat me down to fix my nails. That same night I went to a party and my polish was gone. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they were nice and flexible with our appointments but my experience was not great. For starters my nail technician rubbed a burn on my heel when he was removing my callouses. He gave me a meek "oops, sorry" but that's all. It's been 5 days and it still hurts to the point of needing a band aid. The nail technicians were also loudly conversing with each other, sometimes yelling across the salon to one another, which was jarring and took away from the relaxation aspect. There also appeared to be a break area in the back that was covered in old food containers and opened snacks that was pretty gross. Finally when I went to pay mine was $2 more than my friend's because I had chosen a 'special' nail polish. $2 isn't a big deal at all but there were no signs indicating different polish prices and I hate being surprised with sneaky add-ons. After all that, my nails didn't even look very good. I ended up touching them up at home. I honestly wish I would have saved $50 (not including the tip) and had a nice lunch instead. read more

I have been coming here for five years. They do a meticulous manicure with a beautiful, natural look and tremendous attention to detail. They have repaired my nails after breaking on ski boot clasps and they always do it perfectly. Their pedicures consistently last me a month or more. Needed a lower priced place to get my sad little toes done and saw jazzy nails. I expected it to be a typical $40 "deluxe" pedicure. Wow did they blow me away! Worth much more than that in my opinion. They took time doing maintenance on my nails, did a nice long and deep massage, and surprise! He gave me a neck and shoulder massage while my toes were drying!!! It's a beautiful facility, great massage chairs, very clean and more than worth the price :) I'd recommend to anybody!
