The nail tech was alright, the nails aren't great for being $50 gel single color nails. I was more appalled that the instruments didn't come out of a blue bag. That's mention to show you that they were clean and sanitized. Something I've never experienced before, but really made me decide to never come back here was that the building manager came in to talk to the owner of the company about violations that they needed to fix it 20 days. I don't know what those violations are, but it made me think of the health code. I could be wrong, but that still is just not great of a conversation over hear.

Two people walked out. I had three different people working on me while the owner yelled at her employees. The final straw was the nail tech cut my cuticle and it really hurt & I cried. She said in a very rude voice, " Not cut skin". Not I'm sorry. She was absolutely the rudest nail person ever. I was charged $110 for a cat eye gel mani-pedi. I usually tip At least 20-25% up here but the only redeeming thing was the person that did the leg massage. It definitely was not relaxing at all. Will not be supporting this business.

She grabs a fake acrylic nail and starts using the side of it to get under my fake nail. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with getting my nails off. You don't use a fake nail to just rip underneath your fake acrylic to get it off . The guy my friend had literally soaked her nails and used the nail drill. So i don't even understand why my process was completely different. They also charged me $18 dollars just to take my nails off . Which is ridiculous because they also charge an extra $2 if you have card.
