She gave me a description of every candidate. To confirm that we had the right part, she provided me with her personal cell phone number so I could text pictures of my broken piece. The next day, Sam, one of the co-owners confirmed that they had the right part. MC overnighted the part to a friendly business on Nantucket (Tidal Creek). I had the part on my boat the following day.
