That crew worked extremely hard in record heat from 9 to 6 every day. They worked fast - not sloppy fast, but efficient fast; like they have done this a thousand times before. And they left the job site clean and orderly every day. Our agreement was that IW would build the structure and I would procure the door and windows, which they would install. We had to wait a few weeks for the windows, but IW came back and finished the job as soon as the windows were available. We got quotes from several builders, and IW's price was in the middle, but they gave me the most confidence that they could actually do the job. And I liked that they did not ask for any money upfront, but rather pay 25% at 4 agreed-upon stages of progress. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and provided IW with some sketches and approximate dimensions, and they did the rest. When there were design choices to be made, they laid out the options and let us decide. They did NOT nickel and dime us with lots of billable change orders. Our project was slow to get started due to a snafu getting the building permit (which IW handled completely ) but once they got started, they made amazingly fast progress. Do not pay in full if there is something you need changed or if there is something that did not get done to your specifications. Once they have the full payment they ignore all calls and emails. We have tried to contact the owners on multiple occasions with limited response. The only time I actually got a response was when I told her I was going to leave an honest review and file a complaint with the BBB. Then, I was assured someone would be in touch to see when we could get the problem corrected. Yet, no one showed. The main fence gate was placed in the wrong spot and is literally on top of the house. Making it a challenge to get in and out the gate without it swinging wide open to the front yard. This obviously causes a problem when trying to not let the dogs out of the fence so in turn we don't even use that gate very much. There's argument on their end on why they put the gate there but at the end of the day we would have never agreed for it to go there or swing outward. It should have been checked with us first and/or corrected right away. Since the original agreement had the gate one section farther down. So here we are again. We were ignored for nearly 1 month after payment, then told someone would be in touch and most recently have been ignored again after I checked in another month later via email and phone calls. Still no response. I understand being busy but I do not understand not calling your consumers back and correcting a problem. It's unacceptable to go days, let alone months. Our fence work was put up in March. I will be following up with Georgia Consumer Protection Unit as well as BBB if concern is not addressed timely. However, given the fact that it has been over 3 months it probably won't be and I should probably just get my forms ready.

They suggested design changes that improved the stability and the appearance and I'm glad I agreed to their suggestions. this was a nice group of men. Arrived every morning on time unless they were picking up materials for the job. The deck would have been finished on time except a few materials were late being delivered by the distributors.
