In total, Greenleaf worked on my project for about 5 hours over the course of those 30 days, and did not complete any of the work for which they were contracted. The pictures attached show how they left the property in complete disrepair. The lone tree they cut down actually fell on my house (because of their incompetence) before they left the remnants in my lawn. All of the handrails for my deck were cut off with a chainsaw, and 1/2 of the planks were unscrewed from the joists. That's where the work stopped. Obviously, the deck is completely unusable now, and is unsafe for the family to walk on. Chad refused to answer my phone calls after taking the check for the deposit. Instead, he occasionally responded to text messages with myriad excuses and lies about how his crew will be at the job site tomorrow or later today. I regret not googling the owner before signing the contract. If I had I would have found official complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau for this exact same behavior.

Turns out Daniel was working in the neighborhood and he stopped by - so I did not hesitate to discuss some current brick mortar repairs needed. They showed up the next morning and did a fantastic job repairing mortar on front stairs and a few other areas around the house. They pointed out some other areas too and took care of them too without charging extra. The price was fair and they worked hard and paid attention to the detail, and left the work area clean. The entire project took four days. This include removal of the old fence and installation of the new fence. The first fence was amazing, but I decided to enclose more of my property line, so that was the reason for the changing and taking down the old fence and installing the new fence . I was looking for ways to cut down the heat in my attic. I had already laid Attic Foil over the…read morecotton insulation in the attic - which cut the heat to the 2nd floor. But the attic was still a scorching 155 degrees on a hot day. If I could cut this heat down, it would transfer less heat to the 2nd floor as well. Dimitry came out, walked my attic with me and flew a drone overhead (and gave me some really cool shots of my roof)! He explained that I did a great job with the foil, but I now needed either a ridge vent to pull the heat out or convert my small turtle vents to active solar fans to draw the cool air from the edge soffits and pull the hot air out the top. Because of his excellent advice, I know exactly where to take this project, saving me time and money. Highly recommended!
