I don't understand how a retail store expects to make sales when customers are treated like an inconvenience--or worse, like they need to be watched instead of helped. Management seriously needs to address this employee's customer-service skills. Based on our experience, she was not doing her job effectively at all. I definitely would not return after being treated this way.
