She's very good at the face and body massages and also is good at putting products on you. That's usually how I know if someone is good or not. The numbing cream was only left on for about 10 minutes, and when the treatment started, I still felt a lot of pain, which made me feel like the products or timing were not great. The actual microneedling itself was very short, maybe around 10 minutes, and she did not even cover my entire face, even though I expected a more thorough session. On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. The attitude and overall customer service did not feel professional or caring. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

She performed a hydro facial and did some other great things to my skin. I was glowing for days and did NOT get dry and flaky. I decided to try the salon for a Brazilian after buying a deal through groupon. The salon itself is very clean, and welcoming. Tiffany explained to me that she uses soy wax. The benefit of this type of wax is it supposedly only adheres to the hair, not the skin.... I believe she was misinformed. The wax itself was relatively painless, and at the end she asked me to look to see if anything needed touched up... well it was pretty dark and I couldn't see much, so I said it was fine. When I got home, I noticed that she had clearly missed some sections, which was pretty disappointing, but what was worse was the bright red color of my skin. At first, I thought it was just irritated from the service, so I didn't worry. The next day the skin was no longer red, it was SCABBED! A section about 3"x 1/2" of my skin had been removed and was now scabbed; it was not attractive, comfortable or acceptable. I really liked Tiffany, and the salon was very cute. Unfortunately, I can't go back, or recommend her waxing services.
