Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading Practices…read more My neighbor and I both have backyard drains that were clogged. He called The Rooter Company, and they initially quoted him over $1,100. When he pushed back, they "checked with a manager" and suddenly offered a "special price" of $499. They completed his job at that rate. Since I needed the exact same service, I called them as well. A technician named Christian arrived within two hours. I showed him the drains, and he had me fill them with water to "prove" they were clogged. He then launched into a rehearsed explanation full of technical jargon and quoted me $1,100 for the same work my neighbor had just received for $499. When I asked why the price wasn't consistent, he became condescending and dismissive, insisting that if I expected the $499 rate, "we aren't that company." I ended the conversation and walked down the street to where the crew was still working on my neighbor's yard. Christian followed me and suddenly offered to do one drain only for $499 "if I did it today," using a classic time‑pressure tactic. The written estimates were even more concerning. The first quote listed "easy access" at $1,100. The second quote--now for half the work--listed "difficult access." Nothing had changed except the price. He also wrote "one hour only" and used wording like "attempt to clear," which conveniently sets up excuses for additional charges. Meanwhile, my neighbor's job took nearly three hours, yet my estimate was capped at one hour, guaranteeing an upcharge. The pattern was clear: inconsistent pricing, shifting explanations, condescending rudeness, shady pressure techniques, and pre‑built excuses for extra charges, and an overall attitude that was dismissive and unprofessional. If you value transparency, consistency, and respectful service, I strongly recommend choosing a different company.

Brian and his sons (Brian and Brandon) are experts at their craft (plumbing)…read more My house is fairly old and I had a nasty leak underneath my kitchen sink. The sons were able to stop by my house on short notice to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. As we looked at the state of the plumbing around my house, I confirmed my suspicions that my plumbing was in pretty bad shape and I opted to get a full re-piping job done, instead of an expensive band-aid repair. The very next day, they ripped out my old pipes and installed new PEX pipes with copper valves. The before and after is incredible. My shower's water pressure is better, my toilets flush faster, and my water softener system actually feels like it makes a difference now. Pricing was very fair and quality of service and work are top notch.

We used Brico and Sons to repipe our entire house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience…read more From the very beginning, Brian was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and very thorough. They went under our house to inspect everything, took pictures of our existing galvanized plumbing and cast iron drains, and walked us through what they found before providing a quote. That level of transparency gave us a lot of confidence. His pricing was very fair, especially for a full house repipe, and the quality of the work was excellent. The crew did a great job, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Everything works perfectly and we're very happy with the results. We'll absolutely be using Brian and Brico and Sons for all of our plumbing needs going forward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumber.
