I stay on rock island. I called AAA, and they sent JBA. My car wouldn't start and I needed it moved before the snow storm hit. I thought I needed a starter because I had power but it wouldn't start and a jump didn't help. When I described my issue and mentioned it was clicking, he immediately told me he thought it was my battery. Then he went to his truck and got a battery charger/tester, charged my battery then started the car. Then he still put the car in his tow bed and put it in my drive way for me. When I called JBA earlier this week both Sharon and Alisha who answered the phone were very polite and efficient. They explained well the procedure I needed to go through. I needed to have an illegally parked car removed from our office building parking lot. I met Ryan at the specified time to sign the papers. He was friendly and efficient and courteous. This company got a driver to me quicker and cheaper than originally estimated. The driver, Mike, was such a nice guy and even talked nice to my car after it ran long enough to get on the trailer for him. He only needed my payment and keys and took care of the rest for me. he knew exactly where to drop the car off, got it checked in on my behalf, and called me when he was finished. We were stuck in Illinois on our way home to Ohio this morning, after my truck battery went dead. I called JBA and received great customer service right from the get go. Andrea at dispatch worked with me to get the service approved through my insurance, and checked back with me to make sure the truck was bringing me the right battery for my vehicle. They towed my car quickly but when they dropped it off it was pretty close to my mailbox and my mail lady won't drop off mail if people park close to the mailbox, but Brad came out and moved it extremely quickly after I called back on a different day than the original tow. read more
