So, we went to this company to have t-shirts made to sell to raise money and have had nothing but issues with United Sonz. Firstly, we placed our order for t-shirts and were assured by Travis that the order would be completed in 7 business days, and we did not receive our order until 3 weeks later after we had to pretty much pester them with phone calls. After we received our order, we noticed that 3 special sized shirts were not in the box, after Travis assured us that they do special orders all the time and would personally make sure they were completed. He asked if we wanted to purchase 3 more and we said no and that we wanted our money back for them on our original order, and he told us that the order was completed and wouldn't refund us. The other issue we encountered was that we ordered dark gray shirts and received ice gray. The t-shirts have white writing on the front that is hard to read because of this. Another issue we had was every time we tried to contact Travis, he would avoid the phone call and only contact us through text message. This is NOT how a business should be run, we put our trust into Travis to handle this very important and emotional task only to be VERY disappointed in his judgment and character throughout this process. We will NEVER do business with this company and will inform as many people as we know to do the same. Again, VERY disappointed.

ClairvoyAgency hired this printer to print zip-up hoodies and canvas bags for one of our Ypsi-based…read morenon-profit clients. We provided vector artwork files, as well as a mock-up of the artwork on of the front and back of the Gildan hoodie color that the client wanted to order. We emailed the artwork on October 5th, 2021. Communication with this vendor about screen-printing was challenging. While the bags were done quickly and correctly (digital printing), it took weeks and many emails/texts to figure out where they were in the hoodie screen printing process. It took almost 60 days for the hoodies to be completed. This was partially due to a supply chain issue, which is understandable. Our client's biggest disappointment was that when the hoodies were ready on December 3rd, 2021, they discovered that the bags and hoodies were printed in two different greens. The green in the image on the right is the correct green on the bags. The green in the image on the left is the green used on the hoodies. This is not the brand color for this organization. It took about a month for us to find out about the issue from the client due to holidays and year-end. We contacted the company to ask for a partial refund on the hoodies for the client due to the colors being so different that they needed to re-order them. They said it was too far past the time of ordering, even though it took almost the same amount of time for our order to be fulfilled in the first place. They offered us a solution of printing with them again and them covering the cost of one side on a future order. Considering how long it took for them to be printed incorrectly in the first place, we've decided to go with a different vendor. Forewarning that if you work with this place you will want to provide exact PMS colors preemptively and check your orders immediately.

Everyone has their own horror stories about standing in line at the local post office during the…read moreholiday season. Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.
