The Owner Manny was amazing at his craft taking care of his community and customers that had each of us coming back and making sure our packages got to our families and Customers safely and and promptly . Manney as passed away and I am sure the business will still be in GREAT HANDS and do well , There is plenty of parking , handi- cap parking , sliding doors that open if you have to carry multiple packages, tables to pack your items , computers to work on in the facility for a cost, and Many Packing Items from boxes, tapes, pens, bubble wrap and even P.O . I went here to ship a few bottles of sodas that were discontinued. My brother loves the pop so much I decided to ship him a few for the holidays. I have seen this place many times so I decided to check them out. I usually drive a longer distance to a UPS store. There is plenty of parking for this location. I was pleasantly surprised that they had free packing material at this location. Tape, peanuts, bubble wrap to use for packing were on a table and available gir use. This was a plus because I only had a box. The price for shipping is a little steep but not much that can be done about that. You can ship via UPS, FEDEX, USPS. They give you the lowest option which is a plus. Overall it was a good experience. Convenient and a short drive. I will use them again. read more

Weird place. Came here as it was listed as an authorized site for a FedEx return. The man was not kind or helpful. Very snappy and it smelled bad.they did not provide a receipt or confirmation that the return was dropped off. read more

Great customer service looks shops around for the best price and options to ship your package

I would highly recommend NOT using this store to send US mail. I deposited 3 letters containing bills into the US mail slot at about 10:15 am on Thursday, October 25th. The checks did not clear as of 11/8. Being concerned, I returned to the store and explained that I had deposited the letters 2 weeks prior and the checks hadn't cleared. The clerk looked at me in a dumbfounded manner. I asked if we could please check to see if I had missed the box. He reached in and pulled out 4 letters ~ my 3 letters and 1 additional. They had been sitting in the box for over 2 weeks! I could not believe that a mail store didn't send mail on a daily basis. I was told "That has never happened in 8 years I've worked here" Well, now, I wouldn't know if that were true or not. And, frankly, the city office sending the dunner for my later water bill would care either. DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR US MAIL (or for anything else!). read more
