    There's so many good things to say. I'm not sure where to start! Jelena was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful with ALL the things! When I say ALL, I mean everything! Jelena was hired to provide our flowers and her day-of planning services for our wedding, but she was so much more. She listened to my frustrations and fears and provided guidance by letting me pick her brain from day 1, not just the month leading up to the wedding. Jelena kept great communication throughout the entire time! Her attention to detail is impeccable!! The decorations were absolutely beautiful, and the extra touches of rose petals and the candles in front of our table were absolutely gorgeous! We also had succulents included in our floral arrangements, and Jelena took the time after the wedding not only to gather several for me to plant at home, but even helped by taking all the floral tape off, packaged them with care, and provided tips on how to plant them. And, one of my most favorite parts was... during cocktail hour, my husband ended up with makeup from a guest on his tuxedo. Jelena noticed immediately and jumped into action cleaning it with a wet wipe. Something small, but it truly is these little things that made all the difference and made our day as perfect as could be! We are so blessed to have found Jelena (more pics to come when we get them!)

    Jelena was a dream to work with. Super responsive, great communication and strong understanding of what I wanted. When our plans changed and I wanted to change up the color scheme, it was no issue. When I needed to change the order amount, again no issue. She handled it all with ease. Another aspect, I respected and appreciated so much was she worked with my budget. I have never placed a large floral order, and was not sure what I could afford, she was clear and adjusted things to make it work for us. I was OBSESSED with our flowers! It was the best money we spent, I could have looked at them all day long. I can't recommend her enough! Based on her portfolio she has a wide range of skills and she is able to create what you want. I can't thank her enough, or recommend her enough. Truly a great vendor to work with! #dreamteam

We worked with her in a day-of-coordinator capacity, in which she had multiple meeting with us before the wedding, sent us a Google Drive full of organizational resources that made our planning so smooth, reviewed all our vendor contracts, and answered random wedding industry-related questions that we had. On the day before our wedding, we had a venue walk-through with her, in which she coordinated details with the venue liaison, and she also led rehearsal. What is most worth your investment is what happens on the day-of. I told Emily my goal was to not make any decisions that day except how many slices of cake I was going to have, and that's exactly what happened. She took care of everything - set up, tear down, vendor coordination, decor, helping to wrangle family for photos, the flow of the evening, the rhythm of the processional, and I'm sure she did a thousand other things we didn't even notice. At one point in the night I asked for a pen and she appeared 5 seconds later with one in hand. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy being in the moment and also took pressure off our friends and family so they could relax as well.     A "Stress-Free" Exceptional Wedding Planning Experience…read more This review is a long overdue post! We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." We are not Washington natives and our wedding is in Washington so that presented us a unique set of challenges in planning our wedding. We felt compelled to hire a coordinator that is local, and has experience with the venue we chose which is why Krisanna was our prime option. Planning: We officially started working with Krisanna about 3 months out of the wedding date if memory serves. She kept us organized and curated a list of all our vendors with contacts and created a wedding timeline with details for us. As we approached the wedding date we were able to slowly take our foot off the pedal and allow her to drive for us which was helpful. Overtime the she was almost 100% in charge of dealing with the vendors and only came to us with important decisions. She's well versed with our venues guidelines and layout, so she would intentionally call out pitfalls that we can easily avoid due to the institutional knowledge that she has which we really appreciated. She's responsive over text and emails when we has questions or thoughts we wanted to communicate to her. Execution: Fast forward to the day of the wedding, we literally didn't keep our phones on us at all since she's the main point of contact for the day. We were able to enjoy the day without having to bear any logistical burden knowing that she's around. Overall: 100% you need to hire Krisanna for your wedding. She'll alleviate so much burden the day of, so you can enjoy your special day without worrying about the logistics.

The moment I met Krisanna, I knew she would make my dreams come true. I was chaotic and had no clear ideas, but I did have a few very hard requests: I wanted color, I wanted texture, and I wanted everything to be cohesive, all wrapped up in an intimate dinner party feel. Oh, and lots of string lights!! She was grounding throughout the entire planning process and made accommodations more times than I can count. Honestly, I've lost track of everything she pulled off. To give you a small taste: our guest list fluctuated so much that she spent hours reworking the schematics just to fit everyone in the reception space I had envisioned. Then we changed that layout again about a month ish before the wedding. I also completely changed the ceremony site on her two weeks before the big day. We were extremely late deciding on catering. And on top of all of this, I had a medical emergency that lasted two hours on the wedding day. It probably sounds like I was a bridezilla, but not once did she hesitate to be kind, gentle, and compassionate. She was so communicative and generous with her time, always answering messages promptly even when I would flood her phone with every intrusive thought or idea at the most ridiculous times of day. She didn't just take on the role of coordinator. She was my sounding board, my designer, my counselor when I needed to rant, my project manager, all the things, all at once. She even designed all of our stationery and day-of signage. Like, how? How can one person do it all?!?!     Working with Amber was hands down THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. We were one of the…read moremany pandemic couples who ended up having to postpone our wedding date twice between 2020 and 2021. Amber was there every step of the way, handled everything seamlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure we ended up having the best wedding. When we were first interviewing wedding planners after we had gotten engaged (2018), Amber came extremely prepared with examples of her work and sample files of how she plans/executes weddings. She was head and shoulders above anyone else we interviewed and we immediately knew she was the one. During the planning process, Amber was always there to answer my endless amount of questions and help me with my extreme indecisiveness. She is very organized and kept us on track for all things for our wedding (both financially and timeline-wise). She is very honest and all her recommendations for vendors were the absolute best/you couldn't go wrong with any of them. We were able to put our full trust in her very early on. When it came to design, Amber is very creative and has a great eye for everything. We had a very unconventional vision to capture the surreal vibe inspired by a horror movie called Annihilation (very colorful florals that don't exist in real-life and kind of have a weird/creepy vibe about them) and Amber was completely on board. We also added the extra complication of having so many different hanging installations for the florals and the lighting (a big disco ball installation with chandeliers) . She recommended the vendors that she thought would go best with our vision and we really ended up with the ultimate dream team. When finalizing design, I had a couple reservations about some of her color choices, but we ended up going with it and it couldn't have been more perfect. She is truly an expert! With the pandemic, she seamlessly handled coordinating with our vendors and was completely there for us even though she had the busiest wedding season of all time this past summer (2 wedding seasons in 1). We are truly grateful for all the work she had put in when her bandwidth was spread as thin as it was. In our final coordination meetings with all our vendors leading up to our wedding day, she really showcased her expertise by asking all the right questions to ensure everyone was prepared to have things running smoothly the day of. Without this, we honestly would have missed so many things and not have been able to enjoy our wedding day ourselves. Fast forward to our wedding day, her day of coordination was impeccable. I was relaxed the entire day and knew I could trust her with everything. We fully enjoyed our entire wedding day/night and were able to eat and party without any concerns. With the amount of coordination that was required from the many different vendors and the countless amount of installations that had be installed that day (lighting, SO many floral installations, etc.), it truly was executed perfectly. She was also just the best energy to have around and I cannot think of a single issue that happened. I highly recommend Amber as a planner, designer, and/or day-of coordinator for any of your event needs. She is very knowledgeable, organized (a perfectionist!), creative, responsive, and just an overall wonderful person. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and has a great eye for any type of design. Having her be in our lives for the past 3 years has been the best and we are so grateful to have met her and worked with her on our wedding. Malea was easy to talk to, professional, and has a great eye for design. We knew our wedding was in good hands after our first meeting with her. There are so many moving pieces with wedding planning and many things that we did not think of, but she made it easy for us to know what we needed to do. It was also very helpful that she communicated with vendors for us during our planning months. I can't imagine how many emails she saved us from. She is also very responsive and answered any questions we had. She helped immensely with the design portion of our wedding. She curated a beautiful vision from florals, linens, signage and more! On the wedding day, Malea made sure that everything ran smoothly, and we could just enjoy the day worry free.     I did not want to get a wedding planner because I know exactly what I want...and if it isn't what I…read morewant...then you know someone will get in trouble. I am glad that my husband (then fiancée) convinced me to hire one. We interviewed 3 planners but I knew before I met Erin that I wanted her to be my planner. Her website and portfolio embodies the type of wedding I wanted to throw and her knowledge and taste of what I needed was what I was looking for. Erin was instrumental to making everything leading up to our wedding perfect, especially for THE Day Of. I have heard that no wedding is perfect, but despite the rocky start we had with our makeup artist (she was an hour late with no warning), our ceremony and reception WERE perfect. Erin gave great advice, made my life easier, and went above and beyond on the day of. She and her assistants were FANTASTIC in making sure everything was perfect for the most important day of our lives (so far). We can easily see that her expertise wedding coordination and she's the best planner we have come across (have worked with other planners for friends' weddings and they were a bit disorganized the day of). Everything was well orchestrated and when things hit a snag or we were running an hour late, she improvised and the guests didn't notice a thing. We really appreciate all of her assistance from helping me bring my vision to life with your experience, idea for something different on the invite - the wax seal, bringing in the window panes, setting up the centerpieces, placing the name cards in the sand trays to contacting the vendors when we were running late, helping us stay on time as much as possible, and being so positive the entire night. My guests noticed her as the "woman running around gathering everything" but in the background, not distracting from the wedding itself. Her and her team worked tirelessly on the day of, and were constantly smiling and happy to be there and pull everything off. Because we were an hour late in arriving to the ceremony venue (again, makeup artist's fault) - we missed what the ceremony looked like before guests were seated and we were walking down the aisle. However, Erin was SO thoughtful, taking a photo of it before anyone got there and stepped on the runner with the petals, so that we could get a sneak peek. We also had no idea what to expect for the decor in reception hall and were taken by surprise when we made our grand entrance. I had communicated how I wanted to alternate flower centerpieces and beach lantern centerpieces, but didn't have time to give her specifics. Erin and her staff took initiative in alternating the decor for the tables wonderfully. It was breathtaking. And I forgot to bring candles, but somehow she managed to get them and add that much more to the centerpiece look. I was really impressed by how Erin took everything in stride and didn't pepper me with small detail questions to make sure we didn't stress out. Erin's work for the day of really brought to life what I described and so much more. I can't even begin to express how wonderful I felt when I walked into the aquarium. Her positive can-do attitude and support was really encouraging, especially when I was upset by the makeup artist's unprofessional demeanor. (see my review about her shortly) Many of my friends commented on how calm I was a month before the big day. Having Erin as our planner was the reason why. Although I did get a bit stressed 2 days before the wedding (who wouldn't?) because there was a lot to do, it was reassuring to know that she was available and offering to help with anything left over after the rehearsal. However, I would recommend all brides to lean on their friends during this time as they are willing to help. Her recommendation for the florist was spot on. She did a beautiful job. I was stunned by the beauty of the arbor, the gold orchids that popped and her attention to detail. She was so accommodating in every meeting and email exchange we had with her, and delivered gorgeous bouquets, boutonniere, and corsages beyond my expectations. Most importantly, she made the last minute addition of having aisle flowers unique. I am definitely recommending that my friends use a planner, and if they do, they should no doubt work with Erin. I don't give compliments without meaning it, and my friends know that when I give endorsements or recommendations, I am strongly convicted in my opinions. I firmly believe in her abilities to pull off ANY wedding, no matter how complex, or how demanding the bride may get. I also believe that she always want what's best for the couple and is truly passionate about her work. Erin continued to amaze me, helping us find the right decor for our big day to making everything perfect for when we showed up. She found the perfect location for us after speaking with us for a whopping 30 minutes. On the day of, I didn't have a single worry in the world. She was extremely organized, happy, very knowledgeable and all around awesome! I can't stress enough how great she was. The months leading up to it, she kept us in line and all our other vendors appreciated her. She was worth every penny. PS. we hired her as for floral/decor and I would highly suggest that as well! PS x2 - too bad there isn't a 6 star system.....she'd get that!

All along, Kyro simplified our planning tasks, recommended great vendors, and provided very valuable advice. On the wedding day, Kyro ran everything very smoothly, and managed to pull off an incredible event while navigating strong personalities across some of the vendors. I would hire Kyro again for any wedding or corporate event!

After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
