Our house is difficult because deliveries require carrying down 17 steps from the parking lot, and another two inside to a small kitchen, but Dan and Colin managed it with expertise. We appreciated their attitude, and think that Manny's should do whatever necessary to keep these guys working there. We didn't find out until the delivery that 1) delivery guys don't install dishwashers and 2) that an extra part was required to install the dishwasher but was not included in the sale. I believe the salesman should have informed us about those two inconveniences, hence only 4 stars.

Unfortunately in order to leave a review I have to give at least 1 star but it is absolutely not…read moredeserved! Back in May my Mom's ice maker stopped working on her otherwise perfect condition Whirlpool refrigerator. She bought a new through Manny's and had it delivered on the 10th of May. When the delivery guys arrived the proceeded to disassemble my Mom's front door, trying to remove the storm door before doing any type of measuring or even seeing the old refrigerator to be removed. My mom informed them that it did not need to be removed that it originally came in through the door just fine. So they left the storm door half detached and proceeded into the kitchen to remove the old refrigerator. They removed all 4 handles off from the refrigerator even though again they were told it fit just fine through the door with out removing them. They put the old refrigerator into the garage and installed the new refrigerator (which came with pretty heavily dented door, which are supposed to be being replaced but at this point almost 2 months later we have little faith). The delivery guys made an attempt to reattach the handles to the old refrigerator (which is supposed to be used as a back of frig as it was in perfect condition other then the ice maker) however none of them reattached correctly and pull completely out of the door when you try to open them rendering the refrigerator completely unusable at this point. We were reassured that someone would be by to fix it. 2 weeks later a gentleman shows up, tries to fix them but the setting screws now need to be replaced. He calls his boss on speakerphone right in front of me and we are told all new screws will be ordered and they will come and fix it. After hearing nothing for another 2 weeks we touch base with Rob who asks me to send him pictures via email (the man that showed up to originally fix it also sent pictures) so he knew what we needed. I sent it within 5 minutes. After yet another 3 weeks of hearing nothing we call again. We speak to Rob again who tells us we better not be expecting them to give us a while new refrigerator and after an unpleasant conversation of reassuring him we just want the handles that their guys broke fixed he asks for another email with pictures etc. We tell him we will send another email (which I did immediately) and call back in 15 minutes so we can hopefully get a resolution finally. After 15 minutes we call and are told Rob left for the day and now Brandon needs an email because he has no idea what we are talking about. Same situation, email sent, call back. He tells us no screws have ever been ordered and that we can come to them and he will take screws from another refrigerator and we can fix it ourselves. At this point we are so over it we agree to go get them the next day. July 3rd. My mom shows up to get her screws and is treated like an idiot!! They have no idea what she is talking about, no idea what she wants and again is told they will NOT be giving her a new refrigerator! Not ONCE did anyone mention wanting a new refrigerator except them!!! Just fix the sh!t that YOU ruined! So after 2 months and a whole lot of BS WE had to go to them to get the pieces required to fix something they destroyed and WE are now responsible for fixing it AND still no new door for the $1800 brand new refrigerator that came damaged!! Completely ridiculous and do NOT recommend Manny's!!! Update July 5th, the screws we were given are useless as the holes were completely stripped when they were removed.
