In retrospect, this was a cautionary experience and a reminder to read business reviews rather than…read moresimply going with an insurance company's preferred vendor or the closest shop. My experience was extremely unpleasant and dragged on for months. Caliber Collision appeared capable of handling visible body repairs, but they repeatedly failed to address more complex and critical mechanical and safety issues. On multiple occasions, my car was returned to me even though it was unsafe to drive. I had to bring it back several times due to dashboard warning lights and improperly completed wiring work. Eventually, my insurance company allowed the vehicle to be evaluated by a dealership. The dealership stated they had no idea why the steering column had not been replaced and told me I should not have been driving the car at all. That diagnosis prompted my insurance company to reassess the claim and ultimately total the vehicle, since repair costs had exceeded 75% of the car's value. After months of frustration, wasted time, safety concerns for my children, and over $16,000 in repairs, the vehicle was scrapped anyway. It's hard to fully express how upsetting it was to go through all of this only to have the car deemed a total loss long after it was supposedly "repaired." If you have a very simple, straightforward repair, this shop may be fine. However, in my experience they were not upfront about their limitations. They seem to operate as a large nationwide operation focused on volume, with little real quality control for more complex repairs.

If they can't tow without damage and treat customers well don't let them near fixing your car!…read more Towed and damaged 3 of 4 cars. Popped a quarter panel. Damaged a tow package. Scratched 150k of 4 cars- we have photo proof. This place is dishonest. Tow guy tried to fight my husband and then called my friend "fu$&%#g stupid" in front of a 10 YO child when she refused to back down about damage to her brand new car. Bad enough we were towed, but damage cars and curse at us because we won't accept their lack of professionalism? That's ridiculous. I'm not protesting the fact we were towed seeing the Blue Angels with our families - that's a separate issue. Exxon was happy to take the $199 per car...now take responsibility for poor work. Shame on you. Making money off of shadiness. Cursing. Ripping people off. Grr. Avoid them!

Overpriced for a state inspection. They did the check quickly and I decided to pay the extra cost…read morefor this however when I came back to pick up my car they were taking the payment (while playing their video games) and didn't advise the car didn't pass the inspection. I asked them what was wrong and there were minor things. -- any other place would've called to check if I wanted get the car fixed. Isn't this how they make money? -- They said one of the fog lights was not working and offered to take both off for $40 bucks! After all that I tried to reinstall the fog lights at home and found out they were both working. The cherry on top was the poor customer service. Really uninterested to help and really to make money.
