    Hauling it away to get fixed. Thought I would never see it again!

    We had a riding lawn mower that needed fixing. Jose came over and looked at it and said he will have to haul it to his shop and he can fix it. His price that he quoted was very reasonable. He said it will take about 3 days. After a few days went by, I haven't heard from him. I call and I don't get a call back until two days later. At this point I thought he was going to not fix it and not return it. He made me feel a little paranoid since I didn't hear from him. About a week later, he calls and tell me there's a piece that he has to order which will take a couple of days. I gave him about another week to call that way he had time to order the part and fix it. Still no call from him. I had to call and he didn't return my call right away. A couple of days later this is after 2 weeks and 2 days of having my lawn mower, he says that the lawn mower is fixed and he will drop it off. I schedule to meet with him the next day. He didn't show up. I called and he didn't answer. I called again the next day, still no answer no call back. at this point I thought my riding lawn mower was a loss. I really believed that I was not going to get it back. Another week passes by, about 3.5 weeks later I get a call from Jose. He said he was sorry that he hasn't call, he's just been busy. I told him he could have given me a heads up by a call or simple text instead of ignoring my calls. He said he can meet me now. I had to drop everything I was doing and drive 30 minutes to my house hoping Jose would drop off my lawn mower. He shows up about 20 minutes late. He charged me about $50 more than what he quoted. But I still thought it was still pretty reasonable since everywhere else wanted $75-$200 more. I wish he had better communication skills, I would use him again. But because of the whole thing about not showing up and not returning my call, I won't use him again and I don't recommend him.

    I was charged $125.00 to fix a $130.00 machine I'll never use this place again ... I RX you get a quote and a receipt at all times.

    I sent my water in for testing and my levels were high. A tech was sent to my home to see why this…read morewas occurring. The sales rep was David Duarte from Quality Home Services. He evaluated my water, looked at my system. He inquired where I had purchased and how old my system was. My old soft water system was broken, and he offered me a new one with his company. I purchased and installation would take place within 2 to 3 days. Installers Hector and Estaban arrived within the allotted time. They were able to get the new system up and work within an hour. I was grateful because I was headed to the Bay Area for a comedy show. They gave me directions on how to operate the system and advised someone would be back in touch to assist me with the set-up of the app on the phone. They were supposed to take my old system away, but it was too heavy for them. I was informed they would speak to management to have another team to pick it up. The second team did not show when I was informed, they would, but they did show the next following week, to pick up and discard my old soft water system. I washed and vacuumed my new car to head to the Bay. After I arrived in the Bay Area, I noticed all these spots on the SUV. I contacted Quality Home Service, and I spoke with a woman. Woman stated it sounded like it was hard water stains and stated that the rep who was assigned to assist with the app, would look at it. By the time of my appt came for the app download and instruction, if I am not mistaken. My car was at the dealers for over a month. I picked up the car, still having the same problem. So, they had another 5 to 7 days. My car still had hard water stains. So, I took it to Costco in Turlock where they have a car was for the second time and the hard water stains were not going away. So, I reached back out to Quality Home Service and left the manager Jason 3 different message in an 8 - day period. Once Jason got back to me. I explained that no one had ever told me not to wash my car until after the first cycle as the sales associate David Duarte had stated to me. Jason advised me that it was not correct and stated I must not have dried my car. And I informed him that was not correct. Jason stated this is something they usually do not do. I was asking for reimburse for my car detailing. Jason contacted his direct manager. After several days Jason got back in touch with me and stated he had a check for me, and he would be sending another service rep my way with the check and find out why I was still having hard water issues. Reason being, I had sent Jason a picture of my toilet and it had a ring in it. The new associate that came with check in hand and to evaluate my hard water softness name was Christian. Christian was truly knowledgeable, he assessed water, explained that the ring in my toilet had something to do with particle in the air or something of that nature but not the hard water. He also checked my pipes outdoors and realized I did not have a spout for the soft water system I use in the front of my home to wash my car. He called his headquarters spoke to Jason and Jason advised him to inform me. They would have a service tech out to rectify this at no charge to myself, and I was p my check, for reimbursement of the detailing of the vehicle for the hard water stains. I received a call the next morning to set the appt for the installation. Two gentlemen arrived the next day and I had a new spicket to soft water from which to wash my car. All and all, I am pleased with the service I received from Quality Home Services
