Furthermore, they have had my scagg for over 2 months claiming their techs were out with covid. They charged me $279 dollars to align the hydraulics and replace a band, $149 to rotate blades and an additional $40 to sharpen dull blades. They just tried to haggle my team for additional funds. I have called and spoken to the Service manager, and he has no clue as to what's going on or time frames to complete a repair. We rely on skilled labor to complete an effective repair, but it's such a waste of time and resources to deal with unprofessional shops such as this one. He didn't have time to look at it but gave me suggestions to do it myself. He said to check for power, which I did and that was good. He said to check the automatic gas shut off which can stick,A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. . I checked this button and it was stuck. I sprayed it with carburetor cleaner and loosened it up. It started perfectly!!!!!!! I'm so grateful for the honesty of Clovis repair. I was charged $95 at Sequoia and they couldn't even diagnose a simple fix. I was a big supporter of this small family business but this service is UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES ANYMORE.
