Then they called back in a 1/2 hour and said it was done! Flaky people who don't care about their customers except if you are commercial then they said they do commercial first then the homeowner! That's just wrong. Had the mower at least 4 weeks just for a blade sharpen! Do Not Deal with these liars.

They called me with quote of $350 to repair saying the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. I said no picked it up with a $95 diagnostic charge, drove to Clovis Repair. He didn't have time to look at it but gave me suggestions to do it myself. He said to check for power, which I did and that was good. He said to check the automatic gas shut off which can stick,A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. . I checked this button and it was stuck. I sprayed it with carburetor cleaner and loosened it up. It started perfectly!!!!!!! I'm so grateful for the honesty of Clovis repair. I was charged $95 at Sequoia and they couldn't even diagnose a simple fix. I was a big supporter of this small family business but this service is UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES ANYMORE.
