The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I found Tager just via online search and called. I appreciated that an actual person answered and was able to get someone out quickly. They sent a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was very nice, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair the issue due to no fault of their own. The fridge was old and just done. The technician went above and beyond to answer my additional questions and gave me some advice regarding my new fridge that I now need to purchase. They charge $98 to come out which I feel is reasonable. If you get a repair, they waive the service charge. As a single woman I appreciate the honesty and service that I received.
