My dishwasher stopped working. I was impressed with the comments people made when reviewing Appliance Shark so I called them. They sent a tech out later that day and he diagnosed the problem. He had to go get the part and told me that, which was fine. Due to family emergency with the first tech, Appliance Shark had to re-schedule and send someone else, however that was fine because they communicated this to me in a timely manner. The part wasn't the actual problem so the second person had to re-diagnose. He stuck with it until he found the true problem and fixed it. I was impressed with the techs - they were both nice, friendly and told me what was going on and I was impressed with the company, who communicated with me as soon as they knew a delay would occur due to a family emergency. They fixed the problem, the dishwasher now works and the cost was reasonable. They made it easy to schedule and easy to pay. I recommend them and I will also hire them again for an appliance problem. read more

These guys are nothing short of amazing. The compressor on our 7 year old LG refrigerator went. Belly up. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. LG sent it to the wrong place which created an extra 3 day delay. As soon as Appliance Shark had the part, they came out. I am sure they had to finagle their schedule to do so. They were professional and good natured even though the repair was difficult. I paid the the fee they had quoted a week or more before and we're on their way. The next morning the refrigerator was not running. They squeezed us in immediately and worked for hours. They diagnosed the issue that had made the compressor go out and painstaking fixed it. We had to leave them at the house as we were taking our youngest to college. We had zero qualms about leaving them in the house. When they got the issue resolved, they let us know and told us there would be no additional charge. This is a professional company with integrity at its core. Thank you gentleman. read more

I have personally used The Appliance Shark twice this year. This company always exceeds my expectations. I had a washer just give up on me mid cycle. The technician came out the same day, and he was helpful with showing me what was wrong it, and talking me through how he was fixing it. Appliance Shark came to fix our washing machine the next day after calling in for service. The technician, Chester, called to tell me he was on his way. He came and told us what was wrong, went and got the part and had us up and running within an hour.
