Based on the previous reviews on here, I took the chance and arranged an appointment with Dan. He was able to get me in the next morning at 10am and was done in 2.5 hours. The tint looks amazing and made such a difference on my car. Dan is great and super knowledgeable. The whole experience was pleasant and went smoothly. About an hour later, I called back to move my appointment to 12pm, and the guy who answered said "no problem." I just drove half an hour to get here, have been calling and waiting outside -- and the place is completely closed. No one answered the phone, no one showed up. Apparently they're closed for the holiday, but neither of the two employees I spoke to yesterday thought to mention that. Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't imagine trusting them with my car. There are hundreds of tint shops in Chicago -- do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. UPDATE: Tint City Limited on Fullerton was able to accommodate me with a same day appointment on Veterans Day and charged me less. What a great experience!
