Yummy bubble tea! I got taro and previously honeydew and they were both good. Both drinks were very sweet so if you don't prefer that, don't come here. I enjoyed both drinks though. The tapioca pearls were yummy. Owners are nice too. It's in the food court so you can take a seat after getting yo

My favorite type of Bubble Tea, Original Milk Tea with the brown sugar on the sides.

This is located in the food court of Cordova Mall. It is in the very back in a stand alone. They have authentic Taiwanese Bubble Tea and Shaved Ice!! This is the 1st time I have seen this shaved ice in America! This is definitely something different I suggest you try. We had it in Taiwan, very different, but not bad. Their Bubble Tea is very good. The staff is very professional and fast.

Yummy boba with quick staff. They have a lot of variety and options between flavors and toppings. Very clean establishment, I got their brown sugar boba with tapioca and added pudding. Just like how it's made in Asia!

I wish I could give these people 0 stars because that's what they deserve! me and my kids ordered a honeydew and watermelon slush boba. We did order from them before and it was good, sweetness was just right now too overpowering but just right!! But this batch was super sweet and our drinks tasted like syrup & sugar! One sip and me and my kids couldn't stand the taste, syrup was too overpowering I kindly went up to them with my 2 girls and asked them if they could do anything about it, at least make another drink since we barely drank it, or a refund. Her and the guy making it, was very defensive and started mouthing off to me how they taste everything, and giving a stink look at me. I was shocked since I wasn't even mad when I was talking to her. It sucks how I wasted money on these drinks and the owners couldn't do anything about it, not even have sympathy that they gave us literally a SYRUP drink. I understand there is syrup in the slush but it's not that sweet when we usually buy it. Bad service and poor drinks that's what I'll always remember about this little business. Be careful when ordering your drinks, and beware when they don't turn out the way you want it, they will not give a crap about you. Sad!

I was desperate for some boba and tried to find a decent place nearby. I did not know this place was inside the mall. Red flag. It had decent reviews and decided to give it a try anyway. Got the tiger milk tea and red bean milk tea. Both drink sucks and tasted water down. The boba were overcooked and super mushy. The drink was barely edible at most and I wouldn't drink it again even if its free. Wasted calories...

A must stop off when you're visiting Cordova mall. Family owned, very nice family, always great customer service. My go to drink is the taro bubble tea with tapioca pearls aka boba. Pretty such the tapioca pearls are made in house. Great place for a refreshing drink snack.

Cruising around the mall you either get hungry or thirsty. We were on our way out when I noticed the Boba tea stand. I grew excited because the last time I got really good boba tea was in Denver. The woman was very nice, I think she was the owner. I ordered the papaya milk tea with peach boba balls. It took some time (maybe 5-7 min) but wow was the tea good!! I especially loved the flavored boba balls! I can't remember exactly what I paid but the price was very reasonable. The area she worked appeared very clean and we'll taken care of, so I didn't have to second guess if I was getting a quality product. She also offers many flavors and other products like a slushie type of beverage. There really isn't much left to say except I left satisfied and will travel back to this Mall even if it's just for the boba tea alone.

This place is sick. The dude behind the counter is a true boba master. He alone puts all other standalone boba shops to shame. My only complaint is that its a stand in the mall and not a separate cafe... Maybe one day. I usually roll with the taro milk tea and its consistently fire every single time, hands down. The best part is the satisfaction of stabbing the seals on the top of drink. It's my one moment of peace in an otherwise chaotic and busy hellscape that we call life. Deuces

I never would have believed that one day we would reach a point where there are three different places where you can get bubble tea in Cordova Mall. JC Bubble tea is the one near the outdoor exit to the food court. It's not one of the regular businesses but rather a little stand with a few bar stools where you can sit while waiting for your tea to be made. The people behind the counter are really nice and actually started remembering my order after my first visit. I've found that I either or love or hate the boba from places and JC does it right! They have a nice selection of milk tea, iced tea, smoothies, and slushes. I'm all about the milk tea and I had theirs several time during my visit. It would be nice if there was an option to select the level of sweetness in your drink. I've gotten used to ordering mine with a lower sweetness level. JC Bubble tea is where I go for my boba when I'm in town.

Definitely new since I left home. I was interested. Ambiance was wonderful. A good amount of seating with each sitting spot feelings mildly secluded, which is nice. No one wants their coffee shop gossip being overheard. And when you walk in, you're first greeted with that classic glass case of available pastries and goodies. It was hard to not just order one of each item. Service was nice. It was counter service, and they bring your order right to your table. Can't ask for better service than that. Nice folks, good small talk. And the food, it was delightful. We got a couple of fancy coffee drinks, which were well-flavored, not too sweet, and the iced one was presented in a mason jar. Classic. We also shared like four food items. The pull-apart monkey bread was sweet and dense and delicious. Don't order this if you're alone. You'll need help to finish it. Got a creme filled pull pastry thing. That was nice. Flakes for days. This was no rough puff. For the chocolate croissant, also known as a pain au chocolat. Again, very flakey, very buttery, the perfect touch of sweet chocolate. And a savory, massive scone. Bacon and chives, I think. Also very good. Crumbly. Overall, I was very surprised. There certainly wasn't anywhere like this in Pensacola when I lived here. This place is a quality bakery that could easily be found in a medium-sized city. I was so pleased and will definitely come back.

They brought all that we ordered right to our table. Very nice. And the pastries themselves were very high quality. Flakey, not dry, well filled, of a good size. Definitely a high point. Cons: No real cons. I didn't have enough stomach space to try everything I wanted. Lol. Tips: The chocolate croissant and the creme filled thing we got were delicious. The scone was also good, but maybe less good than other things we left on the table. Need to come back here!

Brilliant concept for the Java lovers and liquor imbibers alike…read more The interior is luxe by Pensacola standards. Large overstuffed pin cushion leather sofas. Coffered ceilings. Exposed, real old brick that's from god knows when. Lots of copper old fashion coffee roasters. Bespoke bar. I dig the vibe and haven't even tried the patio yet. The Irish latte was delish. The whipped baileys cream on top delightful. My husband had the French 75 which was mildly citrus in such a pleasant way. Zero burn or bitterness for a straight black coffee beverage which impressed me! We had an omelette and the blueberry muffin. Omelette was tasty, fresh, hot and had ample cheese and ham. I liked the Dijon topped on. The muffin was really extra. It was large and it was covered in coffee cake sugar kind of crumble. Really big, generous serving of blueberries. It was super moist. Hate to add to the hype of this place because I admit, theres already a line out the door, but I only just recently discovered it after being here nearly a year. It's a wonderful Find and I'm already planning to make it one of my regular stops.
