They used duct tape to "plug" the fork openings in the motorcycle tripple clamp. It just made a huge sticky mess for me to clean up but the tape had covered sections that should be exposed. Now that I'm installing the parts i've had multiple locations where in just regular assembly (no hammers or force) the finish is flaking off. I can then just keep picking it with my fingernail. I also found that they had dropped my swingarm at somepoint before they powedercoated becuase the hole that my bearing needs to go in was clearly smashed in. Good luck to me getting a swingarm bearing back in a hole that isn't round anomore. There were also several times they told me my parts were ready and to come get them only for me to show up and the shop was closed with no one there. I did get a response when I texted but only to say they had left to go to another job, even when I had confirmed with them what time I would be there. Really bummed that I paid almost $400 for what ended up to be nothing but a hassle and a waste of time.

Wow! Awesome!! I…read moreHad a stuck, broken bolt on my engine block (351w, 94 F-150). I tried to extract the bolt, but broke the screw extractor off in the engine block. Then I tried to weld a nut to the broken screw extractor to back it out. However, I couldn't get my weld to stick, so I called in the professionals. M&M came out in less than an hour. In 15min, Miguel had the screw extractor & bolt out! Then he took the time to tap the hole and correct the threads (correcting my previous attempt to extract the broken bolt). This is an awesome team. Highly Recommended!!! Saved me an enormous amount of time and money. I will be using them for future projects including railings and fences.

The wood seats of the chairs had fall apart and we asked M&M to reinforce and replace them with metal seats, and then paid the table and chairs. I was a little nervous giving M&M this project since we hadn't worked with them before and the table and chairs had value to us. M&M did a great job! I politely asked if he could please try to keep it near the 10k. Written bid came in over 11k. (11,700$) Discussed that the bracing for the large metal stairs should probably be secured by something more than anchoring into stucco. To add proper supports the bid goes up again to over 12k. (12,800$) I would have liked a more professional experience where pricing didn't keep changing and for Christian to take the lead on making the stairs braced correctly and safely from jump. He kept saying this is simple we don't need to discuss the job so much. Also I had originally texted him to FaceTime me when he was onsite. He was on time but didn't respond to my texts. Had to wait 20 minutes for a response. He already left the job. Had to drive back to the job to be able to Facetime me. It is a large job that involves a lot of safety concerns. Was really looking for more professionalism to have the job bid correctly from the beginning and the scope of the job to be discussed throughly on time to get it created safely.

Things started well with the owner, but went downhill once we were handed off to the production manager, who showed little care for customers or attention to detail. Despite clear instructions, their own forms, and detailed sketches with photos, the final product did not match the agreed-upon design. Their lead time was far longer than promised, causing major delays, and communication was terrible--we constantly had to chase them for updates. Prices are extremely high and absolutely not worth the results. After sharing my experience with others in the industry, many had similar negative stories about Concord Sheet Metal. I would never work with them again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. Save your time and money and go elsewhere
