Quality Iron Design installed a for entry gate for us along with a key pad. The entire process from booking appointment to install to post install support have been phenomenal. We had custom designed the date and it arrived exactly we had asked in color and style. It is sturdy and a quality piece of work. Fast forward a year later due to high winds where we live, one of the gate panels couldn't close easily or not at all. When I called Quality Iron Design, Alex and Marvin came out within a day to diagnose the problem. They charged me fairly for the labor to come out to inspect and promptly worked with the vendor to get parts to fix the motor. After waiting just 1.5 weeks they were able to return and reinstall the new motor. They even came up with a bumper where the gate will no longer get blown past it's turning radius. They went above and beyond. Also Alex responded within 2-3 hours whenever I text him with question or check on status of the motor. That is something I really appreciate knowing that I will receive a timely response. Not only do they do quality iron gates, they can do fencing (interior or exterior), staircases and many more.
